I was not an Adam Carolla fan until Dancing with the Stars and now I am hooked. Just when I was getting to know you, you are gone. But man he went out with class, one of the best exit interviews on the show ever.
BTW is it just me or does it seem like Carrie Ann never got over him calling her bitch during the first show? It is OK for her to be bitchy to the dancers but not to call her like it is.
Although I will not see him on TV every week, I can still go see him on the big screen in the surprisingly enjoyable The Hammer.
Or is it the right one, I am so confused. I know that Mario #2 and Karina Smirnoff are "just friends" just like she was "just friends" with Mario Lopez when they were dancing…and we all know what happened with them after the show.
When it comes to last night's Dancing with the Stars….vote Adam and Marlee! I am so over Kristi, she does have an advantage because of her ice skating days, ie strict routines, lots of rehearsing time, skating around in a circle and in ways dance training in grace with arm extensions. When it comes to who is out I am hoping for Marissa Jaret Winokur, but I think it will be Priscilla Presley.
Too bad Steve Guttenberg was eliminated and we will not get to see him dance with Jonathan Roberts again. After watching those two dance I have a whole new respect for both of them, seriously have to respect them for doing that! I doubt The Hammer’s Adam Carolla would dance with another man on the show like that, even if that other man was Jimmy Kimmel!
The day started off with Dancing with the Stars' Derek Hough injuring his neck while rehearsing for the show and being taken to the hospital according to E!. Doctors released him with a strained neck and sent him home.
Next was David Cook was sent to the hospital after American Idol's show for experiencing heart palpitations and high blood pressure. According to TMZ he spent a few hours at the hospital, was given some medicine for his high blood pressure and was released. TMZ says the cause of his high blood pressure might be due his brother's cancer setback. Hopefully Cook and his brother will be better soon.
Finally TMZ says that, "Ryan Seacrest ran into a wall and smashed his knee. He was treated with ice packs and gimped through tonight's show." BTW how do you run into a wall. At least Barry Manilow was sleepwalking sort of.
What was it about yesterday, let's hoping for healthier Tuesdays for reality TV.
Poor Penn Jillette the Giant who destroys everything in his path. First he destroyed the ballet bar and now Jimmy Kimmel Live‘s coffee table thingy. BTW I just love the digs between Penn and Kimmel and I especially the zinger between Monica and Jimmy…that was classic one.
We have to wait until Tuesday to find out if Jimmy’s BFF Adam Carolla from The Hammer will be Kimmeled and be on the his 998th episode, 2 days before JKL’s 1,000th show 90-minutes special on Thursday!!!
