The Go-Go’s Belinda Carlisle found out that Dancing with the Stars was not her Heaven is a Place on Earth because she was eliminated tonight. While she might have the Beat with The Go-Go’s, she didn’t have it on the show sadly. And after tying with The Woz during the first DWTS dance off, the viewers’ vote sent her on a permanent Vacation from the show.
I was rooting for her when the show started, but sadly she just didn’t have the personality and/or the moves to keep her on the show. I will miss her because she is one of the few Stars I actually heard of and liked before the show.
The good news from tonight is that Steve-O will continue on, hopefully the other Steve and him will be pain-free and accident-free for the rest of their time on the show
Finally, who the heck is voting for Ty Murray? Seriously how was Mr Stiff not in the bottom 2?

David Allan Grier just posted this blog about his Dancing with the Stars experience and boy is he bitter. He is not even the lowest scorer or the second or the third or the fourth and he is posting a blog like this. Dang imagine what it would have read if he scored the lowest? He would have lost my vote, but I never intended on voting for him in the first place.
Dancing with the Stars 8 or as I like to call it Dancing with the Injured Stars might lose its third star before the third week of the competition due to an injury. Steve-O landed on his mic pack during a dress rehearsal and was taken to the hospital to make sure everything was OK. Lacey reported during the show that nothing was broken, but he had major swelling. Steve-O was already suffering from nerve damage in his back before the incident and I am sure today’s accident is helping matters.
Even though Steve-O did not dance, the Judges rated his performance from rehearsal and gave him a 14.
We will know tomorrow if he will go on, or if he will be out of the competition due the injury or because he will be eliminated from a normal dancing elimination.
What happened to the good old days before Season 5 when the show was about Dancing with the Stars and not Dancing with the Injured Stars?
BTW I am really hoping that he gets continues with the show because he was one of the stars I am rooting for, but if he is out his votes should go to Lil’ Kim she needs the votes because her girls can’t vote for her! UPDATE: So I wrote this without watching show because I am on the West Coast. And now that I have seen it, I have to add that was really messed up of the Judges to blame Lacey for the accident. You can tell she was really upset about what happened to Steve-O and the Judges just kicked her when she was down. I don’t know why but the Judges hate her and no matter what she does they just rip her a new one. I am so sick of them playing favorites no matter how good the person really is. Most of their favorites are as exciting as watching paint dry, but because they are pretty they think they should win. Well I am Team Lacey-O all the way!!! Screw the Judges!
We haven't even gotten to the second week of Dancing with the Stars and there are two more injuries to add to the list bringing the total to 4. Unlike Jewel and Nancy O'Dell, Steve Wozniak and Gilles Marini are vowing to continue on.
Pacific Coast News Online photographed The Woz with a cast and he told them that he fractured his foot. They also said just like Mac he will continue on on Monday night.
Also dancing on the hit ABC show is Gilles Marini, TheInsider.com is reporting that he suffered a separated shoulder.
While Gilles should be safe from being in the bottom 2 on Tuesday, The Woz probably will not be. And here is what he might have to face in the new Dance Off!
In a thrilling new twist, the bottom two couples facing elimination, determined by the lowest combined viewer votes and judges’ scores from the first two weeks of thecompetition, will “Dance Off” to determine who is dismissed in the first Results Show. The couples will select one of the two dances they have performed to dance for new scores from the judges for that specific dance. The judges’ scores from the “Dance Off” performance will replace their scores from the first two weeks. A combination of just the new judges’ scores from the “Dance Off” dance, along with viewers votes from both Mondays’ shows, will be calculated following the “Dance Off” to determine the eliminated couple.
I kind of like the changes for the elimination, I wonder how many weeks they will do that for. Or will they need to do eliminations because these dancers are dropping faster than flies.
UPDATE: Make that 3 injured stars, according TheInsider.com Steve-O is suffering from pinched nerves in his back.
"A physical therapist has told me that nerves are being pinched in my back and it is in spasms because of inflammation related to torn muscles. I'm doing everything I can to let it heal; icing it, taking Advil, drinking water, visiting a chiropractor, and continuing to be worked on by the physical therapist. I'm still rehearsing every day, but walking through my salsa routine, rather than practicing the physical stunts and tricks that are incorporated into it. It is going to be a risky routine that I hope to pull off."

Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live! they premiered the latest commercial from Greenberg and Greenberg Law Offices, who is now helping the Dancing with the Stars injured get the money they deserve from suffering from the DWTS curse! OMG! I am so glad Jewel got her settlement and I love her message for Tom Bergeron!!!
