Over the last few months, people, like me, have been wanting to know why Cheryl Burke looks so different than when she did when she was on Dancing with the Stars.
Is it because she lost weight? Or did she get plastic surgery? While the former played a part in her transformation, the latter did not.
So why does she look so different? One word…makeup!
The dancer split her face in two. One side was how she used to do makeup 20 years ago, and the other is how she does it today. And what a difference thinner eyebrows, and lighter and less makeup make.
We are used to seeing Cheryl Burke dancing with partners on Dancing with the Stars. However, these days, the divorcée is dancing with herself literally.
The dancer told Us Weekly that she is celibate. So they wanted to know how she is dealing with it. “I touch myself all the time,” Burke told the magazine. “It’s great. We are good to go. There’s no emotional baggage that comes with it.”
Burke is no stranger to sharing about the importance of self-love. She has promoted sex toys from Boutique Bellesa in the past. And you know what, they can be better than a man! So good for her for being so open about making like Billy Idol while dancing to a Divinyls song!
Derek Hough and his wife, Hayley Erbert, are working on a new project. They are expecting their first baby later this year.
They made the announcement on social media in a video with the couple hugging and the mom-to-be showing off the baby’s sonogram. You can also see her baby bump, which makes me think that she is in her second trimester.
The Houghs met in 2014 when she was cast to be one of Julianne Hough’s backup dancers. By 2015, they were an item. However, they did not get engaged until 2022 and tied the knot in August 2023.
Four months later, their love was tested when she suffered a burst vessel in her brain and underwent emergency craniectomy. She survived the surgery, but she had a long road to recovery, and he remained by her side.
Now that that bad time is over, they are ready for the good times, like their first baby!

It is only April, but ABC is already preparing for the Fall. So today they announced that Dancing with the Stars will be back for season 34. Not only that, they also revealed that Robert Irwin will be putting on his dancing shoes!
While he is dancing, former football player Mel Owens, 66, is ready to start dating on The Golden Bachelor.
Born and raised in a close-knit Midwestern family in Detroit, Owens’ athleticism shone through from an early age. After graduating from the University of Michigan, he was selected as the ninth overall pick in the 1981 NFL Draft by the LA Rams. Following his retirement from football, Owens transitioned into a career in law and moved to Orange County, California, dedicating himself to helping others, particularly those seeking justice for sports-related injuries. It was during this time that he met his first love, and together they had two sons. While life took an unexpected turn with the passing of his father and the end of his marriage, Owens channeled his energy into being the best father he could be, focusing on raising his sons and coaching their extracurricular sports teams.
Now, after several years as a devoted dad, Owens is ready to rediscover a love rooted in the simple joys of companionship – sharing life’s everyday moments, making plans for the future, and growing stronger together as a couple. As the Golden Bachelor, he’s eager to meet someone who shares this vision and finally find that perfect teammate he’s been waiting for in his golden years.
Why do I have a feeling that Irwin will have better luck finding love on DWTS?
