Yesterday it was announced that Ellen DeGeneres would be the fourth Judge on American Idol which means that Paula Abdul is officially out of work. So last on The Late Late Show, Craig Ferguson demonstrated what could be her next TV job. Craig really does a good Paula, looks like he had to go back to the days he wrote about in his book American on Purpose that is out on September 22nd to really transform in to her. Make sure to watch it all the way through because the last one is the best!
And since you know he live, he was too busy prepping for the show that goes on 3 hours after the announcement to mention that Ellen is the new Judge! LOL! Seriously what awesome timing was that skit, since you know it was live!

So on Tuesday night Jason Ritter was suppose to be a guest on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson promoting the DVD release of his movie Good Dick, but because Craig’s chat with Quentin Tarantino (shockingly) went long, he did not have time for John Ritter’s son and said that he would be a guest on the show on Wednesday….
Well on Wednesday night, Craig had on Mila Kunis and the two had such a good time and great conversation that the star of the former-sitcom The Class was bumped once again and Craig promised he would be on Thursday…
Well on Thursday night, Craig started off his show and swore that the Joan of Arcadia star would appear on the show, and again during the chat, and during the e-mail session and even while he was interview Carrie Fisher. But once again there was no Jason Ritter and once again he promised that he would a guest on the show Friday…
Well today is Friday and I want to know will Jason Ritter finally be a guest on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson? I guess we will have to tune into CBS at 12:35a to find out…
Or will Jason Ritter really be Craig Ferguson’s Matt Damon. For those of you watch Jimmy Kimmel Live, you know that since the beginning of the show Matt Damon was suppose to be a guest, but he never has time for him. Well except for that one night that took 3 years and 4 months to happen and didn’t go very well. So I really hope Ritter doesn’t have to keep showing up every night for the slim chance that maybe Ferguson will have time for him and I pray that when he does finally appears on the show that he will not have the same reaction Matt did towards Kimmel that fateful night!!!
BTW yes I have confirmed that Craig is wearing the same tie that he has been wearing since Jason Ritter was suppose to be a guest on Tuesday, but for some reason they can’t tell me if really will be a guest on the show tonight??? I wonder why?

UPDATE: Look who was finally a guest on CBS’s The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson last night!
After years of Craig Ferguson saying there is a strong resemblance between him and Liza Minnelli, the Cabaret legend is going finally be on his Late Late Show tonight on CBS at 12:35a. But before she sat down on the couch next to him, Ferguson manned up and apologized to Liza with a Z. I can’t wait to see if he did enough to make the interview go well. But knowing the way he interacts with his guests, I think the interview will be one for the Late Late Show history books!
Now that he finally got Liza on the show, next up Paul McCartney or Angela Lansbury. He’s got me so confused on those two, I don’t which one is which!!!
I have to be honest, I never wanted to get into late night TV. So when my friend got me addicted to Jimmy Kimmel Live! a few years ago, I thought one show would be OK. Then I had another friend try to get me into the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and eventually he won. While Craig is funny, it is his bits with Betty White and Henry Winkler that have me hooked. If Craig could get the two nicest people in Hollywood to come on his show and do these brilliant guest appearances, he has to have something good going for him! And last night’s cameo with Betty White as a prison guard from San Quentin totally did not disappoint! I love how she told him how she lost all her life savings down a G-String of a well hung stud named Raul at a strip club in Vegas. And just like her money it just goes down from there. Seriously don’t you just love the way the two play off of each other like that? What amazing chemistry!!!
So tune into CBS’s Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson at 12:35a to see if has chemistry with Eric Bana.
Last week Craig Ferguson told us at the CBS TCA Press day that when he gets bored of the puppets that he is going to dump them from his Late Late Show, but maybe after yesterday’s opening he might have a change of a heart. He definitely has a change of looks because the hysterical late night host has his very own puppet and it looks exactly like him. Yes the nose is that big and his hair really looks that way, but the one thing is the eyes are that creepy. Joking about everything but the eyes.
Hopefully we will get more of the Craig Ferguson puppet on CBS’s Late Late Show weeknights at 12:35a. Coming up this week he has Jon Cryer on Thursday and on Friday Liza Minnelli. I can’t wait to see the Liza with a Z interview!!!
