Angus T Jones has been starring on Two and a Half Men since he really was a half man, and now the actor who plays one of the dumbest kids on TV is a man set to go to college. His TV daddy Jon Cryer Tweeted the above picture and said, “@therealatj just got into his college of choice!!!!! Congrats! Maybe doing this show hasn’t ruined your life!” No word what school he got into and if that will effect his status on the show. You know if he is old enough to get into college, maybe it is time they changed the word Half in the show’s title.
Even if he opts to leave the CBS sitcom, I am still happy that a child actor is making good for himself. I will miss him, but it is for his greater good.
It is nice the actor got into a university because you know if his TV character never will.
Oh an when it comes to the last sentence in Ducky’s Tweet, I will stay mum because the obvious can be said for the other actor(s) on the show… Sorry it was too easy not to go there.

Melissa McCarthy was out about yesterday and she was looking more like she did in Bridesmaids than she does on Mike and Molly. The Emmy winner was au naturale without a lick of makeup on her face, and I can’t get over what a difference it makes on her. Eye liner really does wonders on her because without it she is barely recognizable. How do you think she looks better with or without makeup? You know how I feel on the matter.
Yesterday Ashton Kutcher walked into the CBS TCA Press Tour with shorter hair and a clean shaven face, and pictures of the new look went wide on the web. But that was the man himself with the look, and today CBS released the first pictures of Walden Schmidt’s finalized makeover that will air this Monday at 9p on Two and a Half Men. We still don’t know what causes the brokenhearted billionaire who is dating a new woman finally meet the scissors and a razor, but I have a feeling it has something to do with Alan. You know because he just has a way of having bad things happen to him so why not spread that unluckiness to his roommate’s hair? What do think will cause him to get a dramatic new look.
Ashton Kutcher faced a room full of critics for the first time since he joined Two and a Half Men and he really cleaned up for the encounter. The actor finally got a much needed haircut and shaved off his scraggly beard. As soon as he walked out everyone looked up and wanted to know why. So I asked him what the new look was about and he said “It’s related to the show completely.” Show creator Chuck Lorre then added that will we see the dramatic makeover during Monday’s episode on CBS at 9p and “It’s an interesting story.”
He is not the only one with a new hairdo, red head Holland Taylor is sporting gray locks. During the panel Jon Cryer said she just Tweeted a picture with Hillary Clinton and when I saw that picture on her Facebook page I was surprised to see her with the new hair color. I am not sure why she has a new look, but I think the actress looks beautiful either way. UPDATE: Holland Taylor does not have a new hair color. She Tweeted me this when I asked her about it, “…it’s a wig…am playing the GREAT ANN RICHARDS at @kencen. Hence, the Secretary of State’s visit.”
I can tell you what Two and a Half Men was about yesterday on CBS at 9p, but it won’t really make a difference. What I can tell you is that the show was on fire. It started off with an auto-fellatio joke that was explained by how and why it was done…”years of yoga and loneliness.” Followed by the explanation Walden (Ashton Kutcher) gets a call from his ex-wife that gives way for a perfect joke about the self-BJ. Then after a few scenes that were related to the plot of the episode we see Alan (Jon Cryer) shaving his legs in the tub as Walden walks in. Alan explains he is doing it to make him run faster in the wind. Then Walden offers him $50,000 to become a member of his board, so he can become president of it again. Well Alan is so excited he stands up and reveals it wasn’t only legs that he shaved! Which was good thing because when you watch what happens to him in the last scene, it is a really good that there is no hair down there.
Seriously this episode had me laughing from the beginning to the end. I laughed more in that top video than I did while watching last night’s How I Met Your Mother, Two Broke Girls and Mike & Molly combined. So if you need a huge chuckle, you can watch the full episode on CBS.com.
Seriously what was the name of the guy they fired from the show? I have completely forgotten about him because this season is the show’s funniest one yet!!!
Oh and Chuck Lorre had a little NBC diss in his Vanity Card at the end of the show.
