I can’t believe I never or forgot that I heard that Denis Leary has a song called Merry F*cking Christmas. Not only do I love it, but that is how I feel because I still have not done my X-Mas shopping and I am about the brave the retail world to do so. So as I struggle to find a parking space and wait over an hour in line, I will be humming and sometimes singing this song out loud. So if you are in the same boat as I am listen to this song and make sure to sing it aloud as you do your last minute shopping! I am sure others will join in with us as sing our Christmas Carole two days before this “joyous” holiday!
And when you get home, undress, down a full jar of Egg Nog, sit back and watch the full Denis Leary Christmas special. It will be the tension reliever that will sooth your sh!tty day!
Improv Everywhere, who is best known for bring Star Wars to the NYC subways, is doing a Tiffany and branching out into the malls in Jersey. They got together and a musical declaring that you are never too old to sit on Santa Claus’ lap. Personally I agree with them, but it also depends on how cute that man in red is. Well that and how Bad of a Santa he is!!!
Christmas is coming early this year because A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas is coming out this Friday. But not only are we getting a movie from them, we are getting a Yule Tide soundtrack that only they can sing. As you can see in this commercial that was released on Funny or Die, they got into the egg nog and sang songs that are not kid friendly in the least. Too bad they don’t sing their version of I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus, can you imagine what they would do with it?
So light up a joint and buy A Very Harold & Kumar Yuletide because Christmas will never ever be the same!
Funny or Die’s Will Ferrell along with John C Reilly re-recorded the David Bowie and Bing Crosby holiday classic Peace on Earth/Little Drummer Boy that was taped for 1977’s Bing Crosby’s Merrie Olde Christmas. I can’t believe I am saying this, but they really did a f*cking awesome job. The Anchorman really has a sweet singing voice.
Sh!t someone please get me the Grinch or Ebenezer Scrooge ASAP because I am in too good of a mood because of the holiday season and I am being really nice. Bah freakin’ Humbug!
A few weeks ago over 100 people surprised mall goers by singing Hallelujah at the Seaway Mall food court and thus began the season for holiday flash mobs. I love Christmas songs and I love flash mobs, so I hope we get more of this combination in the future. Seriously listening to them sing like that just got me in to the holiday spirit!
