Britney Spears wants a $1,200 chandelier for her new baby’s room.The pregnant crooner — or some prankster pretending to be her — has registered online for thousands of dollars worth of baby gifts at Petit Tresor, the swank L.A. kiddie store favored by celebs. “Oh, it’s not a fake, she’s having a baby shower soon and has told friends that they can order gifts from the site,” a source tells the Scoop, adding, “It’s not like she’s expecting her friends to buy everything for the baby. She’s already spent like $30,000 at the store.” And the accessories and furniture strongly suggest that, as rumored, Spears is expecting a girl: although the chandelier features little airplanes, there’s a preponderance of pink and frilly goodies among the merchandise.

KEVIN Federline is convinced his baby son Sean Preston has said his first word – "dada". A pal of Britney Spears’ hubby tells us: "Britney isn’t convinced, but is happy to see Kevin paying so much attention." Sean was probably just surprised to see his dad at all.

 BRITNEY SPEARS fans are set for a scary treat – the pop superstar’s second baby is expected to arrive on Hallowe’en (31OCT06). The singer was expected to give birth next month, but her husband KEVIN FEDERLINE let it slip that his wife is planning a Hallowe’en labour when he appeared on a Los Angeles radio show yesterday.Speaking on DJ RYAN SEACREST’s KIIS FM show, Federline told the host his second child with Spears was due "soon" and then blurted out "October 31". When pressed about his future family plans, Federline told Seacrest, "I’m gonna slow down for a little while, I promise."

Yes, you read that right. Kevin Federline, husband of Britney Spears, who just bombed as host of the Teen Choice Awards will test out his acting chops on CBS’s CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Not sure what he will be doing on the show or if he gets killed for all you dreamers. But I can tell you it was a family affair on the set last night, Britney and Sean Preston were on there to support him. I think the crime that needs to be investigated on this episode is the fact that someone actually cast him on the number one show in America.
