After over a year together, Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn have decided to part ways. "After Jennifer’s trip to London several weeks ago, Jennifer and Vince mutually agreed to end their relationship, but continue to be good friends today," reps Stephen Huvane and John Pisani tell PEOPLE exclusively. The statement ends weeks of speculation that Aniston and Vaughn’s relationship has been cooling off. Vaughn has been filming Fred Claus in London since late September, while Aniston has been busy working in Los Angeles and New York. Despite their distance, both had made efforts to ensure the relationship was still going strong. In October, Vaughn, 36, threatened to sue several tabloid newspapers that alleged he was seen kissing a mystery blonde and had ended his relationship with Aniston, 37. The actress also shot down rumors of a rift on Oct. 11 when she told Oprah Winfrey that the two were still together. Aniston visited Vaughn in London in late October after spending nearly a month apart. The two took in the London sights and caught a matinee showing of the musical Wicked. The actress returned to L.A. a few days later.

Onscreen lovebirds Rachel Bilson and Adam Brody, who play a cute couple on The O.C. and have also dated offscreen since 2004, have decided to call it quits. “They’ve been done for a few weeks,” a friend close to the couple tells Life & Style. “They are just done. That’s all there is to it. There’s no drama. They just ended it.” That may explain why Adam showed up solo to a party on Nov. 28 for the U.S. premiere of Volkswagen’s concept car Tiguan in LA. “He was definitely acting like a single guy,” an eyewitness tells Life & Style. According to nightlife insiders in LA, he’s been spending a lot of time without Rachel at the clubs with his guy friends. Reps for the two would not comment.

Joel Madden is no longer Hilary Duff’s most wanted. And vice versa. The Good Charlotte rocker and the singer-actress went their separate ways earlier this month, a rep for Madden confirmed to E! News. "I can confirm they are split, but other than that we do not wish to talk about Joel’s personal life," the rep said. However, Madden apparently has no such hang-ups when it comes to discussing his personal life. According to the Chicago Tribune, the tattooed musician opened up about the breakup during a deejay appearance at Chicago’s Enclave nightclub last week, telling clubgoers that he and Duff parted ways due to problems caused by their eight-year age difference. (Madden is 27, Duff is 19.) Madden reportedly said it was Duff who did the dumping, putting an end to their relationship of more than two years. The duo only went public with their romance last year, after the Lizzie McGuire star came of age. "I’ve found the perfect person," Madden told People last month. "She’s confident, she accepts me for my imperfections and she is good to me. I never have to question if she’s going to be there, because I know she will be." The times, they are a-changin’. In addition to dating, the twosome also carried on a professional relationship, with Madden producing three tracks on Duff’s greatest hits album, 2005’s Most Wanted. Of late, Madden and Duff have also been entwined in a legal battle against an alleged stalker. The duo obtained restraining orders against a Russian teen last month, stating they feared for their lives. The man was arrested earlier this month after he allegedly threatened to kill Duff, a charge he has denied. Both Duff and Madden have new albums in the works. Duff’s latest is due in February, while Good Charlotte’s Good Morning Revival is scheduled for a Mar. 20 release.

Jude Law and Sienna Miller have finally split for good, a source close to the pair tells PEOPLE exclusively. "It’s a mutual decision," a pal of the actor says of ending the roller-coaster romance. "They have definitely come to the end of the road. They tried to make it work but it failed." Reps for both Miller and Law refused to comment on the private lives of their clients. Law, 33, and Miller, 24, were engaged to be married in 2004 but Miller broke off the relationship after his affair with his children’s nanny, Daisy Wright, was exposed the following year. Law was divorced from his actress wife Sadie Frost in late 2003 and the couple have three children and another child from Frost’s previous relationship. The actor’s closeness to his children and by default to Frost has caused tension in his relationship with Miller. "There isn’t another person involved but it isn’t helped by Jude’s devotion to his kids," says the pal. "He and Sadie have a very friendly relationship for the sake of the kids but they are not getting back together," the pal adds. "It’s pretty amazing seeing how calm it is for the kids with them but they are definitely not an item again." New York-born Miller met Law on the set of Alfie, the movie in which he seduced her onscreen. Romance flourished offscreen and the pair was engaged on Christmas Day 2004. But just months later, Wright went public with intimate details of the torrid affair she had with the actor while he was filming All The King’s Men in Louisiana. After the revelation of the affair, Miller called off their union and Law issued an apology. After months apart the couple gingerly made another go of it in one of Hollywood’s great mysteries of the heart. "It was one of those can’t live with them, can’t live without them," an insider told PEOPLE when they first started dating again. Around the same time Miller was linked to new James Bond Daniel Craig but the reports were never substantiated.
