Before Ryan Seacrest was hosting America Idol, he was play hosting a Newlywed Game like show on Beverly Hills, 90210. Seeing the 25 year old host a fake game show in 2000, I think he made a mistake by not going into it for real.
Today is September 2, 2010 which means it is 90210 Day! It is a day that has been 20 years in the making for a little show called Beverly Hills, 90210 and its spinoff 90210. Too bad The CW didn’t take advantage of it and premiere the new season of 90210 tonight. Seems perfect, no?
Since it is such a special day make sure to spend it watching Beverly Hills, 90210 on SOAPnet or watch the pornody This Beverly Hills, 90210 XXX. For some reason I think I will watch the second choice in honor of 90210 day!
BTW I wonder what the people in the 90210 zip code are going to do to celebrate the big day? Knowing them they will do what they do every day and spend lots and lots of money!
Last season Rumer Willis joined the cast of 90210 and played the token lesbian. This season I guess 90210 decided that they need a to make one of their male leads come out of the closet and tried to keep that person’s identity a secret. That was until yesterday when the show’s newest lead, Trevor Donovan outed himself on Twitter.
I read all your tweets and know you are all curious about the “gay” character this season. Let me say, gay or straight, relationships are relationships. Everyone goes through the same kind of troubles and joys. A gay storyline will have an added issue of dealing with judgment from others. Acceptance, by family, friends, society and self is just one of the concerns the character will be going through. It is a part of life, and it should be portrayed. I was told, and am confident the storyline will be written very well and the change in the character will be organic, NOT overnight. It’s going to be a great season 3. I look forward to chatting with you all as we progress.
Nice to spoil the big reveal. Personally, I don’t care which male lead is gay. To me all these stunts feel to After School Special for me. What’s next? Abortion? STDs? Death? Plastic surgery? Cutting? Kleptomania? Runaway? Prostitution?
Days after losing her engagement ring in Hawaii, Megan Fox found herself finally marrying her longtime boyfriend Brian Austin Green there. According to Star the two married late last week at the Four Seasons Hualalai at Historic Ka’upulehu on the big island of Hawaii. A source told the magazine, “They had a fairly large wedding, but there were clearly more security people than guests! They had so many security people that they had to call in local security because the hotel security alone wouldn’t do. It was very hush hush. Everyone was sworn to secrecy.†The source went on to say, “The place is perfect for a Hollywood wedding. It’s very romantic and scenic. Megan and Brian had already been there for a few days. It seemed like a spur of the moment thing. I don’t think it had been planned long.†Considering they got engaged just days beforehand, I doubt they were planning it for that long. I wonder if they fell in love the place, said this is where we should get married, so he proposed to her and then they tied the knot. Kind of romantic if that is the case.
At this point little is known about their nuptials, but I am sure little by little the details of why they had the rush wedding, who was there and what she wore will be leaked by the security guards who want to earn a quick buck by telling the highest bidder about it.
The 24 year old actress and the 36 year old actor have been dating since 2004 when she was barely legal. So it will be interesting see how long their marriage will last because at some point you know she will want to play the field since she has been with only one man her whole adult life. But then again that is how they used to do it!

But before you are like me and think that the Twilight dad and his Beverly Hills. 90210 babe are playing the butler and the french maid did it, you would be wrong like I was. The Nurse Jackie doctor explained their costumes on Twitter, “Wife and I threw my daughter a mystery dinner bday party. This acting thing comes in handy sometimes.” I think their daughter Luca Bella enjoyed their present for her 13th birthday almost as much as we enjoyed the picture her daddy shared with us.
