Jennifer Garner beats George Lopez’s heart to a pulp
February 12th, 2010 under Ben Affleck, George Lopez, Jennifer Garner. [ Comments: none ]

Jennifer Garner was on TBS’s Lopez Tonight and George Lopez challenged her to recreate a scene from their movie Valentine’s Day that is out today. In that scene Mrs Ben Affleck beats the crap of a pinata, so he wanted to see if a Gringa could actually beat a Mexican when it comes to destroying a pinata and the Gringa won. What George didn’t take in to account is all those years she had to build up her body for Alias, it might be three years since she played Sydney Bristow but she still has that strength she acquired for that role.

Retro: Jimmy Kimmel takes the audience to suffer through Gigli
January 2nd, 2010 under Ben Affleck, J-Lo, Jimmy Kimmel. [ Comments: none ]

Back when Gigli came out Jimmy took his Jimmy Kimmel Live! audience to suffer though one of the worst movies ever, Gigli. Not only did he make them watch the movie, he made them walk the long walk from Hollywood and Highland to Sunset and Cahuenga and if you lived in LA you would understand that is a long a$$ walk. After watching the movie and before the 300 audience members did the walk of shame back to the JKL studios because they helped to make Gigli do double the box office it would’ve done by seeing it, they reviewed the movie like no other audience has been televised reviewing a flick.
BTW on that Yoga scene I thought I was able to block that out. Seeing J-Lo’s camel toe in that huge of screen up close like that was enough to mentally scar for me several months.
As much as this made me laugh it also brought back a lot of bad memories because I actually saw the movie as a test audience. Could you imagine having to fill out a questionnaire for that movie? Only half the audience did it because the other half had already walked out. How much did I hate the Jennifer Lopez/Ben Affleck movie? I became a Razzie member just so I could vote for it in the all worst categories it was nominated for!

Bennifer 1.0 voted the worst couple of the ’00s!

Ben Affleck knew 6 years before thousands of people who were polled on Date.com, Matchmaker.com and Amor.com that Jennifer Lopez and him are the worst couple of the decade according to UPI. Bennifer 1.0 got over half the votes from the people polled by getting a whopping 50.1% of their disapproval. Good thing he left her at the altar, could you imagine how many more votes they would’ve had had they gotten married?
So what couples bottomed out the list?

Jon and Kate Gosselin with 11.5 percent of the vote and pop star Britney Spears and backup dancer Kevin Federline with 10 percent. Also mentioned on the worst list with smaller percentages of the vote were Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, Guy Ritchie and Madonna, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson, Paris Hilton and Rick Salomon, and Flavor Flav and Brigitte Nielsen.

How did TomKat only get a small percentage? Granted looking at the 3 couples ahead of them, they aren’t as bad as I thought they were before this poll.
I think that this is a pretty good list, do you think they are missing anyone?

Seraphina Affleck is pretty in pink!
December 27th, 2009 under Ben Affleck. [ Comments: none ]

Pacific Coast News
Jennifer Garner took her two girls Violet and Seraphina Affleck to the park to work off those extra holidays pounds and Seraphina looked so awwwdorable wrapped up in pink. It is amazing how Violet is Jennifer’s mini-me and Seraphina is Ben Affleck’s. Now they have to try for a boy to see which one of them will have more mini-mes.

Blake Lively had to beg Ben Affleck to work with him
November 27th, 2009 under Ben Affleck, Blake Lively, Gossip Girl. [ Comments: none ]

Blake Lively wanted to be in The Town that is directed by and stars Ben Affleck, so much she had to beg for her role according to WENN.

“My part was supposed to be a 37 year old. I was like, ‘I have to play this.’ And they’re like, ‘No, you’re not 37.’
“I took a train to Boston and auditioned for Ben and fought for the role, and he gave me the job on the spot. They rewrote it so I’m 29.”

Looking at that picture she doesn’t even come close to passing for 29. Personally I think Ben made a mistake casting her because her voice irritates me when she on Gossip Girl, and unlike when I watch her on the little screen I can’t turn the volume down when she’s on the big screen.
