Bette Midler asked her friends to donate something special for an auction to benefit the nonprofit she founded, the New York Restoration Project and my favorite donation is a date with John Stamos! How much would is it worth for you to dine with the Full House star and stare into his gorgeous eyes? Right now he is going for $3,000 but I would pay so much more to share a romantic dinner with him! But he isn’t the only one offering a magical evening, how about spending the night with Cher in Vegas after seeing her perform? What about doing the weather with Al Roker live on The Today Show? Not a fan of the Today Show, what about spending the morning with Good Morning America? Or how about playing tennis with John McEnroe? If sharing the court with him seems too risky what about round of golf with Alice Cooper in Arizona? Want something a little musical? What about meeting Kristen Chenoweth and Sean Hayes after you see them starring in their Broadway show Promises, Promises! Do you prefer a concert? Five for Fighting, Rod Stewart at O2 in London, The Disco Biscuits and Rob Thomas are all offering up VIP tickets to their gig. If you are a TV fan, there is also something for you because you can get to see a taping of One Life to Live, Jimmy Kimmel Live or The Marriage Ref. There are so many items to bid on that you have to check them out at Charity Folks! BTW if you are worried that you have to travel for some of the items, JetBlue is generously donating travel for a lot of the big auction items!
OK I am off to auction myself for a lot less than $3,000 to anyone that will buy me, so that I can raise money enough money to go on that date with John Stamos!

Looks like the rumors that Conan O’Brien’s last week of hosting The Tonight Show is next week because someone put the set on CraigsList. Could just be a joke from one of the staffers or someone who doesn’t work on the show, but either way it is really funny. But wouldn’t it be funny if it were for real?
BTW I wonder how much Jay Leno bid on it? You know since he is the reason they are vacating that barely used set. He still will be using his, but they on the other hand won’t be.
Ever wanted to own a piece of Lost? Well according to The Live Feed, you will be able to when the show ends. That's right once we know everything, we can look back at the brain cell killing show with our own souvernier because ABC will be auctioning off lots of the iconic props. Starting on May 1st, you can bid on either The Beatles, Marilyn Monroe, James Dean or Johnny Depp to name a few at Live Auctioneers. The article didn't explain if the fire sale is because they are closing down, but they sis say part of the profits will go to help preserve The Hollywood Walk of Fame.
