Scott Stapp lead singer of Creed was arrested in Boca Raton, Fl over on Sunday for alleged assault according to the Palm Beach Post. No one was injured and his wife said, "It's just a rough time." The charge of assault does not mean that there was physical contact, but instead verbal threats. Stapp is beig held without bail. The reason why I posted this story is because of the smiling mug shot, what is up with that?

David Faustino aka Bud Bundy was busted over the weekend in New Smyrna Beach, Fl for pot possession and disorderly intoxication charges according to The Smoking Gun. Police found Faustino verbally arguing with his ex-wfie in the middle of an intersection and while checking him out they found pot in pants pocket. Judging by the smile in that mug shot it looks like he had already smoked some? There were a rumors a few months ago that he owns a pot farm, so I think we can guess where he got the pot from?

Last week Pete Doherty said he was going back to rehab because he really wanted to get himself clean. Well not only did he not go to rehab, he was arrested last night with drugs. A police spokesperson told AFP, "At 2200 hours (2100 GMT) on the 5th (of May), police stopped a vehicle on Kensington High Street. A 28-year-old male driver was arrested on suspicion of possession of a class A drug. He was taken to a west London police station, and later bailed to return in June pending further inquiries." I wonder if the Judge will finally put him behinds bars this time. I mean how many breaks can she give him? There were rumors that Kate Moss and him are fighting because he didn't go into rehab, maybe that is why he was doing drugs again?

Busta Rhymes busted again |

|  It has been a few weeks since Busta Rhymes was arrested, so I guess his time was due. Busta was pulled over by police last night because the car he was driving had overly tinted windows according to AP. When the police officer stated talking to him he smelled alcohol on his breath and proceeded to arrest Busta. He is expected to be arraigned today on charges of driving while impaired.
Seriously when is Busta going to realize he shouldn't do anything illegal (like drive drunk with tinted windows) while he is in NYC because the NYPD has his number?

Former American Idol 4 contestant Jessica Sierra was arrested for felony battery yesterday for allegedly hitting a guy over the head with heavy glass according to AP. She was also charged with possession of cocaine and introduction of a contraband when police found a small amount of cocaine on her at the correction facility.
Bail was set for $11,500, no word if she made bail, what heavy glass is and why she hit the guy.
