When Arnold Schwarzenegger took on the role of Celebrity Apprentice, 45 was still running for President. As we know 45 won, but his old show became a loser because of that. The Governator had to take abuse from the former head of the boardroom when the ratings started to decline. Some say that was because 45 is still an EP on the reality competition show.
Well today, weeks after the season finale aired, Arnuld made a decision about his future with the show. He told Empire, “I learned a lot, I had a great time, it was a really great opportunity.” Then he added, “But under the circumstances I don’t want to do it again.”
Doesn’t sounds like he will reconsider because he also said, “Even if asked [to do it again] I would decline.” Explaining it is because “With Trump being involved in the show people have a bad taste and don’t want to participate as a spectator or as a sponsor or in any other way support the show. It’s a very divisive period now and I think this show got caught up in all that division.”
He is not alone because several sponsors have also dropped out because 45 is still making money off of the show.
Will the show be back? Probably not, but you never know. The ratings were lackluster, so it would make sense if NBC decided to be done with it.
Plus, it seems like their reality sucess has gone in a different direction. They do better with physical competition shows than financial ones. I am sure they can do a celebrity version of one and it would do well. Although, it looks like that ABC will be getting Battle of the Network Stars. Thus, NBC could compete with that. And I would watch. Would you?

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s response to 45 is something I am so down for! |

In between destroying American and whining about not being popular, 45 found time to talk about the ratings for The New Celebrity Apprentice. He told people at the National Prayer Breakfast today, “When I ran for president, I had to leave the show. That’s when I knew for sure I was doing it. And they hired a big, big movie star, Arnold Schwarzenegger, to take pace my place, and we know how that turned out.” Then he added, “The ratings went right down the tubes. It’s been a total disaster. And Mark will never, ever bet against Trump again, and I want to just pray for Arnold, if we can, for those ratings, okay?”
Well the former Governor of California, who had my vote and did a great job, responded to him on Twitter. Arnuld said, “Hey Donald, I have a great idea. Why don’t we switch jobs? You take over TV, because you’re such an expert in ratings, and I take over your job, and then people can finally sleep comfortably again.”
I am OK with them to doing a Freaky Friday 7 days a week. The Terminator knows how to run the government and 45 knows how to do TV.
Oh and if 45 would’ve hosted Celeb App this go around, the ratings would’ve been the same with him as they are with Arnold or even lower. All shows including the top ones have had major declines since the reality show last aired. But, hey he knows ratings.

Is this most shocking thing to happen on Celebrity Apprentice? |

Celebrities will do anything to win The Celebrity Apprentice and one celeb might’ve gone too far. When it looked like Team Prima wasn’t going to finish their project in time, Chael Sonnen came up with a way to give them some more. He grabbed a pair of scissors and cut the computer cord causing it to lose power. That is considered a technical difficulty and that bought them some more time.
Lisa Leslie was not OK with what he did and called him out on it. The rest of the team wasn’t sure if he really did it or not, and because of that it caused a lot tension between them. As soon as they got in the boardroom, Project Manager Carson Kresley ratted him out on it. Arnold Schwarzenegger asked the MMA fighter if it was true and he didn’t deny it. In fact, he told his boss, “Governor, this was not cheating. This was a great move. I am very glad that we did it.” Then he explained, “Here’s how the rules read, you have to finish by 7:45. At 7:43, we were not done. You get one exception, technical difficulties. So with a little creativity with scissors, I gave us a technical difficulty.” With that confession, Arnuld told him, “You’re fired.”
So while people have been cutting the cord on the show, one of the contestants was literally doing it. Therefore proving, cheaters never win.

Boy George says his tiff with Vince Neil was worst than what we saw |

If you watched The New Celebrity Apprentice on Monday, then you saw ’80s Bad Boy Rockers Boy George and Vince Neil not get along on the NBC show. The Culture Club leader was upset that Motley Crue’s master was drinking in the studio when they were writing a jingle for Trident because he’s a recovering addict. It was the most confrontation we saw thus far, but we didn’t see it all. The Crying Game Crooner cried out Tweeted, “My tiff with @thevinceneil was worse off camera! Lol!” Then he added, “We made up though.” Enough to do a Vegas residency, only time will tell.
So is BG upset with the editing? He said, “@nbc #CelebrityApprentice it’s crazy how stuff is edited and my looking so glum at the end of episode 2 is outa context but I’m loving it!”
While he is OK with the editing take him out of context, I am upset we didn’t see their tiff as is. I am sure it would be funnier than Jon Lovitz’s jokes. Granted are most things?
When it comes to the Reality Competition show, I am loving it more with Arnold Schwarzenegger than that other guy. He is tough but fair and doesn’t play favorites. People who deserve to be eliminated are eliminated. It is not just the Project Manager who is responsible for screwing up. Plus, Arunld is so much more likeable. I also like that Governator explains how he came from nothing and made something of himself. He also calls out player who are playing it safe. The other guy didn’t, he was all about the face time. The Terminator is about teaching them how to be more successful in business and that is what the show should be about.

Imagine OJ Simpson as The Terminator? |

Believe it or not before Arnold Schwarzenegger landed the part of The Terminator, OJ Simpson was supposed to play the title role. In fact, Arnuld revealed in Us Weekly’s 25 Things You Don’t Know About Me, he was originally slated to play the good guy.
That wasn’t the only fascinating reveal from the new CEO of The New Celebrity Apprentice that debuts at 8p tonight on NBC, he also says that he didn’t take a salary for Twins because they took a risk on him doing comedy. I am sure he is taking one now for this show!
And that will help to pay for his jeans that he buys at Walmart. Where is People of Walmart when he is trying a pair of dungarees?
The body builder has come a long way since his days in Austria, because he says that he “moved to America in 1968 with nothing but my gym bag.” Now he can buy a few gyms and still have money left over to fill up that bag.
All of these reveals makes confirm to me he is the right choice to replace that other guy.
