On June 13th, The Boys will be back for its fourth season. Yesterday, Prime Video released a new trailer, and Butcher will cause more people to bleed than a butcher sees throughout their career.
In Season Four, the world is on the brink. Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscly thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating his power. Butcher, with only months to live, has lost Becca’s son and his job as The Boys’ leader. The rest of the team are fed up with his lies. With the stakes higher than ever, they have to find a way to work together and save the world before it’s too late.
Three episodes will drop on day one, and the remaining five will drop every Thursday until July 18th.
In 2016, we fell in love with the R-rated animated film Sausage Party, which was created by Seth Rogen’s brilliant and perverted (I say this with love) mind. The funny film was about food in a grocery store. Even though it is not kid-friendly, it makes us adults feel like kids. And we are still talking about it!
Therefore, Rogen teamed up with Prime Video to update us on our favorite foods. On July 11th, we are getting a TV series based on the film.
Sausage Party: Foodtopia follows Frank, Brenda, Barry, and Sammy as they try to build their own food society. Original feature film cast members Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Michael Cera, David Krumholtz, and Edward Norton will return. Will Forte, Sam Richardson, Natasha Rothwell, and Yassir Lester are also set to lend their voices to the animated series.
I can’t wait to watch this with my nieces, who are still scarred from me showing it to them when they were single digits. Just because it is animated does not mean it is for kids, but I didn’t care. And I am still on a time-out for making them watch it. And this is why they call me the crazy aunt.
The good news is that Prime Video’s Upload will be back for a fourth season. The bad news is that it is the show’s final one.
“When I conceived Upload many years ago, I had the story arced out over four seasons, so I am thrilled to make the ending the fans deserve and the characters and creative team have been working towards,” said Greg Daniels creator, writer and executive producer of Upload, “Jen Salke and Vernon Sanders have been our Angels and they deserve 5 stars.”
The show stars Robbie Amell as a man who died/murdered. His consciousness is uploaded to Lakeview, a place where he can live on for a very high financial cost. However, this season, he was uploaded to a cloned body and lived among us. Can he survive in his new body? We will find out during the final season.
Have you anxiously been waiting for the return of The Boys to find out what penile destruction they will do in season four? Well, Prime Video announced today that we will get three new episodes on June 13th. Then there will be a new ep every Thursday after that until the season finale on July 18th.
What can we expect to see in those eight episodes besides lots of blood? In Season Four, the world is on the brink. Victoria Neuman (Claudia Doumit) is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscly thumb of Homelander (Antony Starr), who is consolidating his power. Butcher (Karl Urban), with only months to live, has lost Becca’s son and his job as The Boys’ leader. The rest of the team are fed up with his lies. With the stakes higher than ever, they have to find a way to work together and save the world before it’s too late.
Why does June seem so far away? I need their madness in my life now. It is a titillating madness you don’t get with a lot of shows! And that is a very good thing.
Celine Dion is one of the most beloved singers of our time. And for the last few years, she has not been able to entertain her fans because of an illness.
The singer suffers from Stiff Person Syndrome, and it makes it painful for her to perform. Even though she really wants to.
So in the upcoming Prime Video documentary, which was filmed over a year, we will see what she has been going through.
“This last couple of years has been such a challenge for me, the journey from discovering my condition to learning how to live with and manage it, but not to let it define me,” said Dion. “As the road to resuming my performing career continues, I have realized how much I have missed it, of being able to see my fans. During this absence, I decided I wanted to document this part of my life, to try to raise awareness of this little-known condition, to help others who share this diagnosis.”
