Adam Richman’s Best Sandwich in America is scrumptious
June 6th, 2012 under Adam Richman, Travel Channel. [ Comments: none ]

Adam Richman is no longer battling it out with food but instead he is having a certain type of food battle it out against each other in Adam Richman’s Best Sandwich in America. Starting tonight at 9p on The Travel Channel he will be eating 30 sandwiches from 27 cities in ten geographical regions across the US and the best sandwiches from each region will duke it out in the finale.
So those are the logistics for the show, but there is something about Adam Richman that makes whatever food he talks about even more appetizing. The way he savors the sandwich as he describes it makes you feel as though you are eating yourself without all of those calories and fat. I have tried different restaurants because of the way he makes the food that he is eating sound so delicious. Seriously there are times I want to travel the country and try a majority of the spots he goes to because everything he eats sounds so dang good.
So tune in for two episodes tonight and every Wednesday to see what yummy he sandwiches he devours and which one is so good it will fight to be crowned The Best Sandwich in America.

Vanilla Ice skools Adam Richman on Key Lime Pie on Man v Food
July 6th, 2011 under Adam Richman, Travel Channel, Vanilla Ice. [ Comments: none ]

Adam Richman travels down in The Keys tonight at 9p for Travel Channel’s Man v Food and Florida staple Vanilla Ice is there to help him learn a few things about the vacation spot. Not only did the host of DIY Network’s The Vanilla Ice Project teach the man who is not a afraid of any eating challenge how to dress for the weather, but he also taught him what is a true Key Lime Pie is. The one thing I learned about the yummy dessert when I lived in Miami, is that a true Key Lime Pie is yellow like the fruit itself. Did you know that?
I can’t wait to see what else the Ice Ice Baby teaches him and what food eating challenge Adam gobbles down on Man v Food. Team Man!!!

It is time to eat up Man v Food again! Go Man!
June 16th, 2010 under Adam Richman, Travel Channel. [ Comments: none ]

Adam Richman is back eating more food in a few days than you will probably eat in a month on the Travel Channel tonight at 9p. Tonight on the third season premiere Man v Food he is going to San Diego, Ca and Boudler, Co. In San Diego he will eat a massive surf-and-turf burrito, tender tri-tip barbecue and do the legendary Ironman Challenge at the Broken Yolk Cafe. The Ironman Challenge consists of a 12 egg omelet stuffed with mushrooms, onions, cheese topped with chili and more cheese, a plateful of hash brown potatoes and two giant biscuits. Will he be able to say he is the Champion of Breakfasts or will the most important meal of the day make him unimportant? Find out as he will attempts to eat more eggs in one sitting than I will eat in a year at 9p.
Then at 9:30p he is off to Boulder where he will eat the mountain pizza pie, sausage-and bacon-stuffed saddleback pancakes, and an extra-large bucket of hot wings at the West End Tavern. He will have to eat 50 buffalo wings in 30 minutes. That is more wings than he eaten in of all the challenges he has ever done on the show. Will he eat more wings than he has eaten on the show ever or will 50 be too much for him to handle? Talking about too much to handle wait until you see that pizza, I was salivating watching them make it, it looked so good.
Man v Food is still as scrumptious as it has always been and Adam Richman is as delicious as the food he devours. If you have never seen this show, you need to eat it up tonight and every Wednesday at 9p! I mean you get to watch a show full of calories and fat and you won’t gain a single ounce! What more do you need?
BTW the show is sincerely one of my favorite shows on TV today and you know I watch a lot TV. I was hooked as soon as I saw Adam Richman attempt his first challenge and now I can’t get enough of him even though sometimes food gets enough of him. And I will spoil you a little bit tonight because Food does beat Man tonight in one of the challenges, can you guess which one?
Finally after you watch it tonight at 9p, tell me if you could honestly see Adam Richman hosting a game or talk show? I know I would watch him!!! I just find him so freaking likable and he has a great rapport with everyone and just comes off so natural with no BS and not many hosts can say that.

The food gets revenge on Man v Food’s Adam Richman

Man v Food is back on the Travel Channel on June 16th at 9p and good thing he already filmed the upcoming season already because this tape discovered by FunnyOrDie shows it might be his last. Adam Richman goes around the country tasting different cities finest delicacies and also taking part in their food challenges. The challenges range from spiciness of the food, to extremely large quantities to a sampling of the foods on the menus. I would say that about 75% of the time Adam wins, and that is probably why it is now food v man and they are winning. There is only one time Adam was taken down and that was when he consumed one too many shakes, let’s just say they came back up.
I don’t really talk a lot about Man v Food on my blog because I got into the show after the second ended, but the show has quickly become one of all my all time favorites. I am so hooked on this show and the awwwdorable Adam Richman who is so very personable. There is so much to love about him and I am not just talking about the extra weight he has put on from the challenges! I promise you, you will instantly eat up this show like I did so make sure to watch it when it comes back on Travel Channel on June 16th at 9p!

Man v Food takes his challenge live tonight!
February 3rd, 2010 under Adam Richman, Travel Channel. [ Comments: none ]

One of my favorite shows on TV is the Travel Channel’s Man v Food and tonight at 9p Adam Richman is taking his challenge live! Adam Richman goes from city to city and tries out the foods they are most known for and also he tries out their food eating challenges. While most of the time Man wins, sometimes food takes him down. It is always fun to watch as he attempts the challenges that range from the amount of food to the amount of spiciness, and it is surprising which ones have done him in. Tonight in honor of Sunday’s Super Bowl he travels down to Miami and tries the Shula 48-oz. Steak Challenge live. That means he has to eat that 48-oz. steak in a half hour while the show is live. We have never seen him do a challenge live, so it will be fun to watch him try to do it and tonight there is no running from the camera or say edit this out. I can’t wait to see Adam Richman do this challenge live and I hope he scores a touchdown because if he fumbles on live TV he won’t be able to live it down for a while. So whether you are addicted to Man v Food like me or you are newbie check out one my favorite shows on the Travel Channel live at 9p and watch man try to down a whole lot of beef in a little amount of time.
