NCIS is taking it back to the beginning for its latest spinoff from the beloved franchise.

Since 2003, we have seen NCIS branch off with NCIS: LA, NCIS: NoLa, NCIS: Hawaii, and NCIS: Sydney. And coming to the 2024-2025 season on CBS, we will see where it all began with NCIS: Origins.

NCIS: Origins begins in 1991, years prior to the events of NCIS and follows a young Leroy Jethro Gibbs, narrated by Mark Harmon. In the series, Gibbs starts his career as a newly minted special agent at the fledgling NCIS Camp Pendleton office where he forges his place on a gritty, ragtag team led by NCIS legend Mike Franks.

“We are elated and honored to continue the expansion of the NCIS universe in such a unique and unexpected way,” said Amy Reisenbach, president of CBS Entertainment. “Viewers can look forward to Mark Harmon returning to CBS to narrate the complex and mysterious backstory of Leroy Jethro Gibbs’ early years in NCIS: Origins, which will build on the rich legacy of this character while reintroducing fan-favorite characters and meeting new ones.”

CBS has not begun to cast the show, so who do you think should play young Leroy Jethro Briggs? I think Gale Harold would be a good choice.

This is the second new series that CBS announced for next season. The first was Watson, based on Sherlock Holmes’ partner, who is back working as a doctor.

Ever since 1980, Deborah Van Valkenburgh, Jim Bullock, and Lydia Cornell have been too close for comfort, and the stars of Too Close for Comfort wouldn’t have it any other way.

Don’t you love that after 43 years, they are still as close as ever? And that is why we are still watching their sitcom on Tubi and Pluto.

Plus, they all look fantastic. I can’t believe it has been that long since their series debuted.

Costco got rid of the Churro from their food court, and people have been wondering what they are going to replace it with. Well, that and they are pissed.

Now we know what is replacing the sweet treat. It is a Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie, and it sells for $2.49. The cookie is made with all butter and semisweet and bittersweet chocolate chips.

But the biggest selling point, according to Daily Waffle, is how big it is. It is thick and the size of a hand. Plus, it comes warm because they leave it under the heat lamps by the pizza.

So, for $2.49 and 750 calories, it is totally worth it!

Brian Austin Green is the father to five sons. And all of them were unplanned. In fact, Sharna Burgess was on birth control when they got pregnant with his youngest.

Now that he is 50, he decided to close shop because raising four young children is not easy. So he announced on his podcast Oldish with his fiancee and Randy Spelling that he got a vasectomy when his youngest son, Zane, was 8 weeks old.

Even though he is neutered, that doesn’t mean they are done having kids. However, if they decide to have another child, the betrothed couple will plan for it.

And the couple said there is a benefit to him being fixed. Sex is so much better.

So when are they getting married? They haven’t set a date and really aren’t planning it. So, who knows?

Green also shared a story from his Beverly Hills, 90210 days. One day, when they were filming on a beach, Ian Ziering pants him. As in, he pulled down his co-star’s bathing suit in front of hundreds of onlookers. Was Green embarrassed? Nope, he just pulled his bathing suit up. Ziering was the one left red-faced because Green’s bathing suit landed on his face.
