The Tuesday before Thanksgiving, Stephen Colbert wasn’t feeling well. But he decided to tape that night and the following night’s Late Shows. And that turned out to be a big mistake.
At first, the pain was manageable. But then it would hurt if he moved, and if he didn’t move. However, being the trooper that he is. He completed both shows without letting the guests, including Bradley Cooper or the audience, know that he felt like he was dying.
Finally, it was time to go home, and his driver, Pablo, said I am taking you to the hospital. And the host was like, “I can sleep it off.” Eventually, his wife, Evie, was like you are going to the hospital, and I will meet you there. And husbands don’t mess with an insistent wife.
It is a good thing he went because he found out his appendix burst, and he needed surgery.
Since that night, he has been on the road to recovery. And now that we know how he was in such bad shape, we can understand why he had to take off two weeks to recuperate.
And it worked because he is looking as healthy as he did when he had an appendix. Actually, he looks even better than that. Because since that night, he has lost 14 lbs. So he declared, “Ladies and gentlemen. You heard it here first. Appendicitis is the new Ozempic.” However, don’t try it at home!

After George Santos was expelled from Congress, he needed a way to make money. So, he started a Cameo account. And now he is making more money in a week with that than he did as a House Representative for the year.
It could be because Jimmy Kimmel paid for a lot of them to see if he would actually say the things the late host asked him to say.
And guess what he did. The first cameo was for Kimmel’s legally blind niece, who got her driver’s license. And the second was for a man who came out to his family as a Furry.
These are just two of the many Cameos that Kimmel has stockpiled. How many does he have? We will just have to keep watching Jimmy Kimmel Live to find out.
Oh, and did I mention that when Santos found out about Kimme’s evil plan, he demanded that Jimmy pay him $20,000 for a commercial fee? Let’s see Santos take him to court over that.
I have been watching The Simpsons started, and I never pondered where Bart Simpsons’ hairline started. However, someone wondered about that, and they asked Nancy Cartwright, who voices Bart, where it starts.
