The CW cancelled the Supernatural prequel The Winchesters after only one season. So the studio was shopping it around to see if it could find it a new home. Over the weekend, there were reports that no one bought it. And today, the show’s producer, Jensen Ackles, confirmed it.
“To all of you who watched, followed, and supported this story, THANK YOU. And to all those who brought this show to life…I couldn’t be more proud of what we all did together,” Dean Winchester wrote. “But as they say…timing is everything. With a massive Network shift coupled with an industry strike…welp… that’s some unfortunate timing. Sleep well dear @WinchestersOnCW…until we meet again. Somewhere down the road. 🙏🏼”
I have a feeling this won’t be the last time we see the Supernatural prequel, mostly because it was better than the original’s final seasons.
Taylor Swift was performing in Chicago the other night, and she got a mouthful. However, it was not the mouthful she wanted because she swallowed a bug.
The singer stopped the show, and then she explained to the audience why she did. Then she asked the crowd, “Is there any chance none of you saw that?”
But they did. So Swift promised not to do it again, even though she felt that it would happen because there were a thousand bugs swarming the show.
Who knew bugs were Swifties? But who isn’t? Matt Healy is not anymore because TMZ says they broke up.
So I guess you can say the bug was not the only one who got the kiss of death from Taylor this weekend.
Now that One Direction and BTS are “on a break,” it is time for a new Boy Band to take over the World. And AAA Insurance is giving us that band.
Boys No More consists of one member from four of the biggest Boy Bands of the last century. The boys, I mean men, are Joey Fatone from *NSYNC, Joey McIntyre from New Kids on the Block, Nick Lachey from 98 Degrees, and Wanya Morris from Boys II Men. Together, they are singing Make It Right, and they are making it right!
So much so, I hope the Dancing with Stars dancers perform on the ABC show with all of their hits.
Although, it might just be this one song. Because as Fatone explained, “We went from employees of AAA to Boys NO More..LOL!!! @joeymcintyre @nicklachey @wanyamorris thanks for trusting this ridiculous idea, we had some fun! I keep singing ‘no matter what goes on in life, baby we’ll make it right’ ”
Hopefully, they will turn their fun into something real! Or do you want them to say bye, bye, bye to this idea?
On June 4th, Dr. Ruth Westheimer turned 95 years young. And the beloved sex therapist told People what keeps her so young!
“Talking about sex from morning til night! That keeps you young,” Dr. Ruth said. But even when you have a partner to engage in sex is even better.” Amen!
I wish I had the latter, but until then, I will keep talking about sex!
And when I am not talking about it, I will be reading Dr. Ruth’s latest book, The Art of Arousal.
Now back to the Lady of the Month! I hope she keeps talking about sex so that we can have her around for another 95 years! Seriously, who doesn’t love the little woman with the hugest spirit?
