Ellen Pompeo was a no-name before Grey’s Anatomy, and now she thinks she knows it all about making the same TV show for 18 years. That is why she believes it is time for the show that made her a household name to end.
“I feel like I’m the super naive one who keeps saying, ‘But what’s the story going to be, what story are we going to tell?'” she told Insider. “And everyone’s like, ‘Who cares, Ellen? It makes a gazillion dollars.'”
I say kill her off and let the medical soap live on without her whiny character. Maybe then the creativity will return to the producers. Possibly she could be the source of what has been hampering the show.
But then again, Station 19 has been beating the show it spun off of this season in the ratings, so maybe Pompeo is onto something.
Plus, when the show ends, so will her career. So I think we are going to learn a lot about her behind-the-scenes antics when she is finally gone from the series. And it is not going to be pretty. But I could be wrong.

Last week, ABC and Sony Pictures Television mutually decided with Jeff Garlin that the actor will part ways with The Goldbergs effective immediately. He was accused of creating an uncomfortable work environment because of bad jokes.
Even though he is no longer filming any new episodes of the series, we will still see his character, Murray, throughout the remainder of the season? How? According to Variety, they will do this “by using off-camera dialogue pulled from earlier episodes and unused takes, as well as previously shot images of Garlin. There won’t be deep fake images, nor any face replacement.”
The best part for Garlin is that he will be paid for the remaining seven episodes even though he won’t be showing up to work. That is great work if you can get it. He is getting paid to do nothing. That will teach him a lesson.
The Goldbergs is currently filming the 9th season’s 15th and 16th episodes. That means the exes at ABC have about seven episodes to decide if they want to cancel one of their higher-rated shows. A show that has been long past its expiration date.
In the last week, Chris Noth has been accused of sexual assault by three women. Yesterday, three women that he worked with on Sex and the City and And Just Like That released a statement about the claims.
“We are deeply saddened to hear the allegations against Chris Noth. We support the women who have come forward and shared their painful experiences,” Cynthia Nixon, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kristin Davis wrote. “We know it must be a very difficult thing to do and we commend them for it.”
I wonder what psychic told Michael Patrick King to kill off Noth in the first episode because the sh!t is going to hit the fan for the former actor before the third episode.
There is a new Commander in the White House, and he is a Biden. That is because President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden adopted another German Shepard, and he has already moved in.
Earlier this year, they lost their best friend Champ, and Major has not been adapting to his new surroundings. Because of the latter, POTUS and FLOTUS made a difficult decision. “After consulting with dog trainers, animal behaviorists, and veterinarians, the First Family has decided … it would be safest for Major to live in a quieter environment with family friends,” FLOTUS’s press secretary Michael LaRose said. “This is not in reaction to any new or specific incident, but rather a decision reached after several months of deliberation as a family and discussions with experts.”
I normally hate when people discard animals, but in this case, I understand why they made that heart-wrenching choice.
There is more animal news. According to The New York Times’ Katie Rogers, the Bidens are also getting a cat. Peter Doocy better watch because there is someone who will show him what it really means to be catty.
