Kim Cattrall has some big news. No, she is not ready to sign on for Sex and the City 4. Instead, she signed on to be an American. The Canadian actress can now vote in the United States of America. What a year to make a difference.

BTW When my friend became a citizen, she was able to register to the vote. She told me that if you went to the left, you became a Democrat. If you went to the right, you became a Republican. I wonder which way Cattrall went.

Last year, Blanco Brown’s Git Up became the song that made us want to get up and dance. However, no one more than Megan Pesek. In June 2019, she was hit head-on by a drunk driver and spent eight weeks in a wheelchair. After she got out of the wheelchair, she still had a long recovery to go.
On September 18, 2019, she sent a DM to Blanco Brown, telling him that she listened to his song Git Up every day, and it inspired her to git up. In that note, she promised the singer that one day she was going to dance to it.
Eleven months later, Megan kept her promise, and she is line dancing to his Country song with her daughter. It just goes to show you the power of music to heal people, especially a really happy song like this one.
Brown saw the inspirational TikTok, posted it and wrote, “This made my heart smile and I’m only sharing the Dm screenshot because she wrote it on the video… Just now seeing her update today… Love ya and keep going! This is what music is for… I haven’t won a award but this is the biggest reward! #Purpose Needs No Validation!!! ✅ @smilelove0215 Blessings #TheGitUp ☺️ I pray that people would stop drunk driving 😤”
I am not crying, you are crying. In a time where everything is such a downer, it is nice to see a story of joy! If she can Git Up, so can we. So Do-Si-Do over to your music player, play the song and dance!

Are you the type of person who gets all excited for Girl Scouts cookie season? Well, you have another reason to be excited, because they have a new flavor joining Thin Mints and Samoas. Coming in January, you can try the French toast–inspired Toast-Yay cookie. They taste like french toast and they are dipped in frosting to make it even sweeter. That makes it even harder to say no to them,
However, we will not be able to say no to the girls in front of our local supermarkets or dispensaries. That is because they will be doing virtual cookie booths for 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Now, when you go shopping on Amazon, Etsy, or Chewy, they will pop up offering you their sugar addicition. Just joking.
They actually will be on social media. Therefore, if you don’t want to be bombarded with their hard sell, unfollow all of the parents you know whose kids are girl scouts.

Gordon Ramsay is such a renowned chef; you would think he never messes up in the kitchen. Well, I think it will make you feel better to know that he is not perfect.
The MasterChef shared a video of him burning his dough, and not as in money. He actually burned the stuff you bake with.
So the next time you burn something like toast (as I do all the time), know that the great Gordon Ramsay does it too. Life is fair in the kitchen, Hell’s Kitchen.
