For years, people keep trying to make Justin Timberlake a thing; but his music is boring, his acting is awful and he is as exciting as watching paint dry. Tonight, he was given biggest honor in music, to play the Super Bowl Half Time Show.
He had the chance to make it huge and do an *NSYNC reunion or give Janet Jackson the redemption she needed. He did not do that. He needed *NSYNC. He needed Janet. Because what he did was a snoozefest.
What went wrong? Playing too many of his new songs that there has been no buzz about. Picking I Would Die 4 U from Prince. Prince is dead, why would you sing song that is about what the Minneapolis legend would die for. He should have done Let’s Go Crazy to pump up the audience. Yes, he predicted his death in it, but it is perfect for the Super Bowl.
The other problem is we learned, Timberlake does not have a powerful voice and he you could barely hear him. (Audio problems or not, his voice was still washed out.) But we knew that from his songs that are heavily synthesized. He had a chance to redeem himself with Can’t Stop This Feeling, and he took all the joy out of his only catchy tune.
Now that he has climaxed, can we give him cab money and send him home? Never to return his texts.
For months, it was rumored that Kylie Jenner was pregnant and today she confirmed that she was. I say was because she gave birth to a baby girl on Thursday.
She also explained why she kept her pregnancy quiet. She said, “I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions. I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world.” Then she added, “I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how. There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.”
The baby girl’s father is Travis Scott. Jenner also shared a video of pregnancy.
There is nothing wrong about her keeping her pregnancy quiet. She has been in the public eye her whole life, so you cannot blame her for wanting to keep something private. I just hope it is start because I am sick of knowing every detail of their lives.
On November 18th, Rebekah Martinez’s mother reported her daughter missing because she had not heard from her in almost a week. A month later, the mom told Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office that she spoke to her daughter and all was OK. But according to CBS News, since they did not talk to her directly, she was still considered missing.
Then on Thursday, Rebekkah’s photo was in a SF paper and listed as missing. But a woman had just seen her earlier in the week and called the authorities to tell them that she was found. Where was she? On ABC’s The Bachelor.
Where was she when her mom reported her missing? The 22-year-old was working on a marijuana farm. I wonder if she told Arie Luyendyk Jr that? Because I am sure that would make him like her more and keep giving her roses.
BTW Bekkah has a good sense of humor about this all. She Tweeted, “MOM. how many times do I have to tell you I don’t get cell service on The Bachelor??” The morale of the story suddenly goes missing, make sure to watch all the reality shows to see if they are on one of them and cannot communicate with you.
Tomorrow night on This Is Us, we are going to watch Jack die in a house fire that is caused by a Crock Pot. Ever since we found out it caused his death, the slow cooker has been harassed by fans of the NBC drama and even taken a financial hit.
Therefore, they brilliantly came up with a way to win back the people’s trust. They hired Milo Ventimiligia to do a Super Bowl ad for them and at the end of it, they write “#CrockPotIsInnocent. Hopefully, it will be enough to save the trusted cooking utensil. Which it should be because this is what Super Bowl ads are all about. The best of the best!
