Mariah Carey dressed up as a witch for Halloween, but you have to wonder if it really is a costume or just what she wears normally when the cameras aren’t on her.
I am not dissing her because I didn’t wear a costume on Halloween, I just went in my daily attire which is a witch. So people thought I was in disguise for the holiday, but I wasn’t.
HBO released the first teaser for Girls‘ 5th season and I am wondering if they want people to watch the show or not to watch it. The preview shows Lena Dunham in a sports bra and bike shorts dancing like a male stripper and it is not something people want to see. I respect her for loving her body, but that doesn’t mean we want to see it all the time and dancing like that. Although, I think we should be happy that at least she is wearing clothes.
Does this make you want to tune in to Girls in January?
Next year will be Star Trek’s 50th anniversary and starting January 2017, CBS is bringing the legendary classic back to the small screen. The series “will introduce new characters seeking imaginative new worlds and new civilizations, while exploring the dramatic contemporary themes that have been a signature of the franchise since its inception in 1966.”
Before you get too excited about the news, only the premiere episode will air on the network. The remaining first run episodes will air on their pay subscription site CBS Access. As of today, it costs $6 a month for the service. Is Star Trek worth that much to you?
Now back to the series, I am sure they will find a way to screw William Shatner out the series.

Tonight at 8p, The Librarians are back on TNT and you don’t want to miss the show that reads like a good book.
The episode picks up a few months after the season finale and The Librarians have all gone their separate ways. Instead of working together they are working as individuals. That is until there is a supernatural threat that is so great they will all have to work together again. How big of a threat? A storm that will wipe out NYC. Now, Eve (Rebecca Romijn), Flynn (Noah Wyle), Jacob Christian Kane), Cassandra (Lindy Booth) and Ezekiel (John Kim), will all work together again to save NYC. Can The Librarians do it? It won’t be easy, but it is The Librarians and they won’t go down without a fight.
As they are fighting to save NYC, they will discover what their threat (for the season) is and it is a real page turner. I won’t spoil it, but you don’t want to miss it because it going to be 10 chapters, I mean episodes, of exciting adventures that are a real must read, I mean see.
While most shows fall into the sophomore slump, I think The Librarians actually got better the second time around.
