Does The Big Bang Theory have an end date?
April 25th, 2014 under Chuck Lorre. [ Comments: none ]

Back in March, CBS picked up The Big Bang Theory for 3 more seasons and now EP Steve Molaro hints that they might be the last three for the show. When The Hollywood Reporter asked him if he sees season 10 as the “end of the road”, he said “You never know. I’m going to move forward along with (co-creator/EP) Chuck (Lorre) that 10 is the end unless we’re told otherwise.” Then he added, “The mindset is it’s going to be the 10 and then we’ll see what happens after that.” At this point they are planning for the end, but they don’t have a finale in mind like How I Met Your Mother did from episode 1.
Even though he is planning for the show to end in 3 years, to him it is more important to end the show properly rather than by making it to a certain amount of seasons. Since this show will be living in syndication for years to come, that is a wise decision for them and for us.
So are you sad that show might be ending in 2017 or are you starting tire of the show? To be honest, I starting to get over the show. The more characters they add, the less charm it has for me.

Steven Tyler rides this way!
April 25th, 2014 under Aerosmith. [ Comments: none ]

I try not to make fun of Steven Tyler because we are from the same hometown, but he makes it so hard for me because he makes it so easy to laugh with him. Case in point this video he posted on Instagram today, heading over to The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon’s studio. I don’t have to say anything else because the video speaks for itself. Neigh!

BTWF roles: Ari Graynor on CSI: Miami
April 24th, 2014 under Before They Were Famous. [ Comments: none ]

Before Ari Graynor was a Bad Teacher, she was a bad pop star on CSI: Miami. She looks the same now as she did when she was 23 in that 2007 episode.

Bad Teacher schools CBS and Black Box is the brains of ABC
April 24th, 2014 under ABC, CBS. [ Comments: none ]

Bad Teacher debuts on CBS tonight at 9:30p and you don’t want to miss the good sitcom loosely bases on the movie that starred Cameron Diaz.
Beautiful Meredith Davis’ (Ari Graynor) very wealthy husband asks her for a divorce and an iron clad pre-nup leaves her with nothing. When her best friend asks her to pick up her step-daughter at school the next day, Meredith realizes there are a lot of single rich dads that could be her next Sugar Daddy, I mean, husband. So she talks to the Principal (David Alan Grier), who is also going through a divorce, about hiring her as a teacher. He doesn’t know she doesn’t know anything about teaching, so he winds up hiring her. Now she is using her time to find out from her students if their parents are divorced and what their dads do for living, drive and so on.
Even though the Trophy Wife has her eyes on the prize, she winds up helping the nerdy kids at school become a little cooler. She befriends, Irene (Sara Gilbert), a fellow teacher, who you can tell was unpopular when she was younger, and is so happy to be friends with the cool kid, who is now a teacher. Meredith uses Irene, but in ways they are both helping each other out. Then there is uptight, Ginny Taylor-Clapp (Kristin Davis), who sees through Meredith’s game and will do anything she can to get rid of her. No matter what Irene does, things keep coming up roses for her nemesis. But how long can than last? You have to watch this sitcom that gets an A+ to find out.

Then at 10p turn the dial over to ABC for the brainy Black Box.
Catherine Black (Kelly Reilly) is world renowned Neuroscientist, who loves to study the brain because she is Bi-Polar. When she is on her meds, she can function like a normal person. When she is off of them, she is anything but. It is her work and helping people with brain disorders, that keeps her medicated and sane.
But when her life starts changing, it’s hard for her to focus on her job and taking the drugs.
Except for her psychiatrist (Vanessa Redgrave) and her family, not many people including her boyfriend, Will (David Ajala), know she is bi-polar. When Will finds out the truth, he doesn’t know how to handle it.
So while she is trying to deal with her boyfriend issues, she is also dealing with people who desperately need her help. Since she is one of them, she understands them better than most doctors. That understanding is why she’s at the top of field. But will she be able to stay there? Tune into this medical drama that is perfect mix of medicine and personal life to find out.
