There is a new exercising phenomenon taking over gyms and Mel B shared it with us on Instagram. The new must do workout is dedicated to Twerking. So get down on all paws, stick your butt up in the air, bounce your feet up and down as you move your booty side to side. Once you are done, your a$$ will be tighter and you will have a date with the guy Twerking behind you, who took the class just to see women Twerk it out.
Now when it comes to Scary Spice, her a$$ets are anything but scary!

The first teaser trailer is out for Zach Braff’s movie Wish I Was Here that was funded by Kickstarter and do you think he did a good job with your money? I didn’t kick in any money to make it happen and I don’t think I will be kicking in any money to it when it comes out on July 18th. It just seems too depressing for me.

When I was growing up in NYC we had a lot of reasons to be afraid of riding on the subway, but none of them were because a rat might be trapped in the car with you.
Well for a bunch of NYers had that fear became a reality the other day and people of different races, colors and religions acted as one as they lifted their feet off the floor to avoid the trapped rodent.
So now we know how we can bring people together, put them in a confined space and set a rat loose. A dirty rat could clean up the hate and that is a good thing.

Lindsay Lohan is a guest on The Late Show tonight and David Letterman said they should call her boss Oprah Winfrey. Even though the actress protested, the retiring CBS late night host called her. At first he disguised his voice, but eventually he let her know it was him on the phone. Then he asked Lady O how Lindsay was doing and she said she was doing OK. Then she added, “I think, you know, to have cameras around, following you around everywhere, through every phase of your life, when you are trying to pull your life together. I think that is a really difficult thing.” It was those words that brought tears to Lohan’s eyes, showing that it is really hard on her and having someone defend her is really what she needed.
But before it got too emotional, Dave does what he does best and made her laugh.
That is probably the realist we have seen Lohan and I hope we see more of it.
