Before Tobey Macguire was Spider-man, he was Hot Rod Brown in Tales from the Whoop: Hot Rod Brown Class Clown. How cute was the 14 year old in that 1990 telemovie?
Dr Joyce Brothers passed away today at the age of 85 in NYC according to AP. The psychologist became a star in 1955 when she became the first and only woman to win the top prize on the $64,000 Question game show. Shortly after the win, she was given a show in New York where she offered dating and relationship advice to the audience members. As time went on she started writing columns for magazines and newspapers giving people advice about a lot of things. While she was doing all of that she was also appearing on talk shows and game shows all over the place. But she wasn’t only doing those shows, she was also appearing on shows like Happy Days, Mama’s Family, ALF and Taxi to name a few. She did so much that she was given the nickname “the Mother of Media Psychology!”
So today honor her by watching one of her many appearances on TV or finding one of her columns and see what you can learn from her words of wisdom.
Rod Stewart has had people been questioning his sexuality ever since he first started singing and today he told a story on The Howard Stern that will not be helping his case. One time when he was in Australia, he saw a beautiful woman at a bar. So he asked all the guys why they weren’t make a move on her and he says they told him because “we left her for you.” So he decided to hook up with her; and when he has hand went down under, he found out she was a he. I wonder if he wrote Some Guys Have All the Luck for that one night stand?
After four years of wanting Beckett and Castle to get together, the two finally did this season. Well tonight at 10p on ABC, Beckett tells Castle we need to talk.
When last week’s show ended Beckett was told to interview for a job at a high-profile federal law enforcement agency in DC and tonight’s episodes starts off with her interviewing for the job. The homicide detective has not told anyone about her amazing opportunity, but everyone feels that she off for some reason. So Castle goes through her things, finds her boarding pass to DC and questions her about that. She admits what she was doing in DC and they have their first big fight. He is so upset that he tells he can’t be around her right now. How he is going to feel if she actually gets the job? What will she do if she gets it? You will just have to tune in to find out.
When it comes to the case of the week, do you really care? It’s all about will she, or won’t she? And since the screener I watched cuts off when we find out what happens, I am in the dark as much as you are.
The Doctors is not afraid to go there and today they are taking on male nipples with one of the worst demonstrations and discussions I have ever seen. I can’t even explain the animation they used to start off the discussion, it really is something you have to see to believe. Then Dr Lisa Masterson started the conversation by telling the other doctors that everyone starts off as a female. She then explained, “We would all go to the women if you didn’t get that Y Factor.” Then she concluded, “You guys always stick that in.” So Dr Lisa, is that why they have pen!ses because they always like to stick it in? On that note, Dr Lisa told Dr Travis Stork and Dr Andrew Ordon that their nipples can still be an erogenous zone for them. It was at that point the discussion went to a place, it never should’ve.
And now I am wondering why I am not watching Doctors everyday? Who knew there was something on during the daytime that was so dirty. The soap operas have nothing on this show.
