Edythe Kirchmaier is 105 years old and she is still driving. Recently she retook her driver’s test and passed, so now she is California’s oldest driver. Well Conan O’Brien was so interested in her story, that he had to have her come on his TBS show. After her appearance on the late night talk show, I wonder if the DMV is reconsidering their decision? I know I am.
In all honesty, according to ABC57 she still has a perfect driving record. How many of us can say that?
So the other day Beyonce (we assume it was her) didn’t like some pictures that were posted of her on Buzzfeed from her Super Bowl performance, so her publicist asked the site to take then down. She said, “there are some unflattering photos on your current feed that we are respectfully asking you to change. I am certain that you will be able to find some better photos.”
Well Next Media Animation is telling the story in their Taiwanese Animation way and I have a feeling Beyonce’s publicist will be sending them an email to take it down because it is very unflattering of the singer. I find it very funny, but I doubt she will.
When it comes to her publicist, I feel so bad for her because I am guessing she didn’t want to send that letter. All celebrities have had bad pictures taken of them. If they can’t handle that, then maybe they shouldn’t be the public eye. Heck even non-celebs take sh!tty pictures and we have to deal with our soon-to-be-ex friends posting them on Facebook. Oh wait we ask those bastards to take them down, so I guess I see her point. Dang it!
If you are like most people, then you hate hate hate pigeons. Well Meredith Vieira revealed to Us Weekly that she loves them in “25 Things You Don’t Know About Me”. So why does she love the flying rats? In the thing before her she professed her love, she said “My first day in New York, a pigeon pooped on my head.” They say that if one of them sh!ts on your head it is good luck. And I guess considering how her career is going, she did have some good luck that day. Because afterall she got out of the Today Show before Matt Lauer became the man he is today.
Oh and when the Who Wants to be A Millionaire host said that she loves pigeons, she also admitted that she loves hats. Does anyone blame her?
Now back to the old saying of how it is good luck to have a bird sh!t on your head, I always thought that was a way of making the person with bird poop on their head to feel better. I mean does anyone feel good with avian crap on their head?
John Mayer is going to be a guest CBS Sunday Morning and he claims he is a changed man. When Anthony Mason was interviewing him about the way the singer used to describe his ex-lovers, he said “I was just a jerk.†I think we can all concur with that sentiment, although I am not sure we will all agree that he should be using the past tense in that sentence.
So what made him change? Here’s his epiphany, “It’s very liberating when you finally realize it’s impossible to make everyone like you.†Then he added, “I wanted everybody to like me. I thought I was one shuck and jive away in every direction.†Funny I remember more people hating him than liking him, but then again I don’t remember what he was like before he became the biggest douche in interviews.
Sounds like he won’t be in this interview that airs on CBS this Sunday at 9a where he will talk about his current lover Katy Perry. While he will be nice nice now about his gurlfriend, let’s see how he talks about her when they break up! I think our jerk will be back, don’t you agree.
