Hot in Cleveland is getting even this hotter August because Tim Conway and Carol Burnett are going to guest star on the TV Land sitcom. Betty White’s TV sister (Burnett) on Mama’s Family will play her roommate Victoria’s mother Penny. Conway will return as Elka’s (White) ex-boyfriend and he will have his eyes on Penny. And we will have tears coming from our eyes because we will be laughing so hard.
Ms. White once told me that she can’t keep a straight face around Conway, so imagine how hard it is going to be for her when she has to work with these two comedic legends together. I predict there will be so much laughter that we will wish we are wearing a pair of Lady Pants just like the ones that Victoria wore in that Japanese commercial.
Before Anthony Edwards was a doctor on ER, he went to dentist on Police Squad!. How cute was the 19 year old in that 1982 episode?
BTW before Edwards and David Schwimmer shared a night of television on NBC, they shared a waiting room. Can you spot the 15 year old Friend?
90210 will end its run in May on The CW according to TVLine. The spinoff lasted 5 seasons which is half as long as the original and twice as long as it should’ve.
Back in 2008 when The CW announced they were doing it, I was so excited. But as the show went on, I just couldn’t stand it and had to give it up. Considering how well it has been doing this season, I was not alone. And that is why the show is saying goodbye. And chances are we will be saying goodbye to Shenae Grimes’ career after this show. She was great on Degrassi, but a complete dud on 90210.
The biggest positive about the cancellation, besides it being cancelled, is now AnnaLynne McCord is free to be great. I can’t wait to see where her career goes next because she has a future in Hollywood.
The teaser trailer is out for The Conjuring and I don’t remember the last time a horror movie trailer had me as scared as this one. I seriously can’t wait, but in a way I can, to see this film when it comes out on July 19th!
It honestly looks like it’s going to be as terrifying as the original Amityville Horror, and Harrisville (the case that this movie is based on) happened before that other family moved into that house on Long Island!
