Whether you want to admit or not, you totally checked out Here Comes Honey Boo Boo last night on TLC and you are not alone. Not only did you and I watch it, but so did a little boy who wrote a song called “I Love Honey Boo Boo”. That song just became our new anthem!
BTW I hope TLC hooks them up because I can’t wait to see their love unfold on the network. You know cause I doubt she will be leaving our TV’s anytime soon.
Remember a few years ago the big news about the Red Dawn remake was that Connor Cruise was going to star it in? Well you aren’t the only ones who forgot Tom Cruise’s son is in it, it seems the studio did too because he is missing from the movie’s poster.
Three years ago when they were filming this movie Chris Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson were pretty much unknowns and now they are starring in the Top 2 movies (The Avengers and The Hunger Games respectively) of 2012 (so far), so I get why they moved to the top of the poster and center. I just don’t get why Cruise doesn’t make an appearance on the one sheet until the second line of credits. That’s gotta hurt. Good thing he has his DJing to fall back on.
It seems like everyone and their brother is doing their version of Carly Rae Jepsen’s Call Me Maybe and now we can add Oscar host James Franco to that list. The NYU grad recorded himself lipsyncing the tune in a car with a friend and I have no words, so I will call him maybe when I do. Actually if he did stuff like this at the Oscars, I think it would’ve been a much better show.
BTW is anyone else so freaking over that song?
Greetings earthlings, ALF is back and looks like he is coming to the big screen so hide your cats! According to The Hollywood Reporter the guy who brought The Smurfs to the big screen is working with the creators of ALF to do the same with the Alien Life Form. As happy I as I am about this news, I am sad that just like the little blue guys they want to make ALF computer animated. I hope they reconsider because what made the out-of-this-world sitcom so awesome was they way they brought him to life. He was so cute and huggable, and that is why everyone wanted a stuff animal of him. I don’t think we would get that same lovable feeling from a CGI version of Gordon Shumway.
