Fringe knows how to do promos!
January 3rd, 2012 under Fox. [ Comments: none ]

Fringe won’t be back with a new episode on Fox until next Friday at 9p, but they released a teaser for what’s coming up and I can’t wait. Whoever cuts the promos for this show really knows how to make you want to watch. Granted I was already for excited to watch now that Peter is finally back on the show.

BTWF roles: Rebecca Mader in Madigan Men
January 3rd, 2012 under Before They Were Famous. [ Comments: none ]

(starts at 1:12 in)

Before Rebecca Mader was working as a pharmaceutical rep on Working It, she was a model in Madigan Men. She looks the same now as she did when she was 23 in that 2000 episode.

Is there room for more than one mustache on Blue Bloods?
January 3rd, 2012 under NKOTB, Tom Selleck. [ Comments: none ]

Tom Selleck is as known for his mustache as he is his acting career, so what would happen if one of his co-stars grew one during the break? Does that mean that they will have to shave it off before the cameras start rolling again? Well that is what Donnie Wahlberg is wondering because he Tweeted this with the picture, “Tomorrow my stache may have to go. There is only room for one on Blue Bloods & dad always wins. #DAMN! #sad :(” I hope he gets to keep it because he actually looks good with it. But I have a feeling when he goes into work tomorrow they will have a razor handy to make it go away.

UPDATE: There is only room for only one mustache, so Donnie Wahlberg shared video of him shaving off his facial hair. And yes there were tears involved.

Two and a Half Men was on fire yesterday!
January 3rd, 2012 under Chuck Lorre. [ Comments: none ]

I can tell you what Two and a Half Men was about yesterday on CBS at 9p, but it won’t really make a difference. What I can tell you is that the show was on fire. It started off with an auto-fellatio joke that was explained by how and why it was done…”years of yoga and loneliness.” Followed by the explanation Walden (Ashton Kutcher) gets a call from his ex-wife that gives way for a perfect joke about the self-BJ. Then after a few scenes that were related to the plot of the episode we see Alan (Jon Cryer) shaving his legs in the tub as Walden walks in. Alan explains he is doing it to make him run faster in the wind. Then Walden offers him $50,000 to become a member of his board, so he can become president of it again. Well Alan is so excited he stands up and reveals it wasn’t only legs that he shaved! Which was good thing because when you watch what happens to him in the last scene, it is a really good that there is no hair down there.
Seriously this episode had me laughing from the beginning to the end. I laughed more in that top video than I did while watching last night’s How I Met Your Mother, Two Broke Girls and Mike & Molly combined. So if you need a huge chuckle, you can watch the full episode on CBS.com.
Seriously what was the name of the guy they fired from the show? I have completely forgotten about him because this season is the show’s funniest one yet!!!
Oh and Chuck Lorre had a little NBC diss in his Vanity Card at the end of the show.

Work It works the laughs!!!
January 3rd, 2012 under ABC. [ Comments: none ]

I know a lot of critics hated Work It that debuts tonight on ABC at 8:30p, but I really enjoyed. Is it a brilliant comedy, nope but they all don’t have to be. It is a stupid sitcom that makes you laugh and that is what they are suppose to do. Right? They have to be high-brow or vulgar just to be to do that.
Times are tough and people are doing what they can to get job. This ABC comedy is showing just one way two unemployed men are finally getting work. Lee (Ben Koldyke) has been an out of work car salesman for over a year and he really needs to start earning money to support his family. So when he hears about a pharmaceutical company is hiring a salesperson, he really wants the job. Only problem is they are only hiring women, so he dresses up as one to get the job and he gets it. Now Lee is trying to fit into his new job and a tight skirt! And since he promised his friend Angel (Amaury Nolasco) that if he got a job he would get him one too, he won’t be the only man pretending to be a woman. How long will they be able to pull it off?
There have been comparisons to Bosom Buddies and the only thing they have in common is that they are both shows about two men who dress as woman. That and both shows are stupid fun. So tonight if you need a good laugh, then watch Work It! I promise you will find yourself laughing more than you thought you would! I know I did.
