Tiffani Amber Thiessen did an interview with Parade Magazine and they asked her if she up for doing a Saved By The Bell reunion. The White Collar actress said, “It’s not something I want or need to do, and a few of us feel the same way. We’re all doing our own thing. Jimmy’s never called me personally, only his producers. He might be a little harder to turn down.” I wonder who else isn’t in besides her and obviously Dustin Diamond because I am sure the rest of their class would revisit Bayside High. I mean what else are they doing?
Hey Jimmy Fallon the ball is in your court to make this happen, so you better get on the phone and beg her to do it. I am sure you are not below begging to make this happen and we the fans want to see them together again for a class reunion. Especially since their 20 year is coming up next year. Can you believe that?
Nicole Scherzinger Tweeted a picture of her fresh from the shower in just a towel and said, “Uhh…Does anyone know how to work this twisty towel thing? Haha!” Even though she was asking for help, no one was telling her what to do because all they could focus on was that she wasn’t wearing any makeup. I think the former (you know she won’t be back) X Factor judge looks so much better without a painted face, I think she go around with this look more often.
BTW I wonder who took that picture of her because of the placement of her hands, you know it wasn’t her snapping the photo.
Fame Pictures
Madonna attended a screening of her movie W.E. that actually got an Oscar nomination and her dress needed two helpers. Even though the film got a nom for Costume Design, it looks likes the gown she wore will not get any type of awards. I mean when a dress requires someone to manage the train and another one to fluff the sleeves, it becomes a loser in my book.
Before I go off on my rant about how sh!tty the Oscar noms are, I just want to give my sympathies to Billy Crystal who has nothing to work with this year. Him and his SNL co-star Eddie Murphy who not won’t be hosting the shindig. Murphy’s movie Tower Heist would’ve been a shoe-in for at least one nom had Brett Ratner and him been part of the telecast like they were going to do before the Rush Hour director said a lot of stupid sh!t.
Now back to the Academy Awards the ratings for Awards shows down, so they figure to get them up they are going to nominate the A-Listers (Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Glenn Close, Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg, Gary Oldman and Woody Allen) whether they deserved the nomination or not. But that will not make up for the fact that almost all of the movies that are nominated in the top categories came out in limited release during December and barely anyone who will watch the show have or will ever see the movies that AMPAS says are the best. Seriously how many of the Best Pictures have you seen? I have seen one and it will stay that way for me.
When it comes to the acting categories, I think Best Supporting might go to Nick Nolte who has yet to have a statuette on his mantle. Either him or Christopher Plummer. Good thing Melissa McCarthy won the Emmy for Bridesmaids because there is no way she is getting the Oscar for it. I would like Brad Pitt to get the Best Actor award so he can tell Clooney to shove his where the sun don’t shine. And finally I am so happy that Michelle Williams gave such a beautiful speech at the Golden Globes because she will be the best actress and Rooney Mara will win the bitchiest.
What do you think of the Oscar nominations? Will you watch on February 26th.
