Find out what’s The Future of Fear tonight
November 25th, 2011 under Syfy. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 8p on Chiller some of the biggest names ever in horror talk about what is The Future of Fear. John Carpenter, Wes Craven, George Romero, Anne Rice, Alan Ball and John Landis will talk about the future for Vampires, Zombies, Werewolves, killer dolls and faceless serial killers for two hours and how some of the deadly monsters will change and some will remain the same. The horror legends agreed that the older horror movies are better than the ones that have we have today. They all agreed that we should expect to see the end of Torture Porn shortly, if we haven’t already. They also discussed the remake fad and why the originals worked and the newer versions have not.
As a fan of horror, I agreed with a lot of what they had to say. So tune in to see if the people behind some of our favorite scary movies have their finger on a living or dead pulse tonight at 8p on Chiller!

Warning The Twlight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part I could cause seizures
November 25th, 2011 under Twilight. [ Comments: none ]

We know that Twilight has caused women of all ages to scream uncontrollably and become obsessed with Vampires and Werewolves with feelings, but did you know that Breaking Dawn – Part I is said to be causing seizures to people of all ages and sexes? That’s right people around the world are reportedly suffering seizures during the birth scene. Not because it is so shocking, but because of all of the strobing flashes during the scene. Dr. Michael G. Chez told KOVR that “the reports indicate the scene may be triggering an episode of photosensitive epilepsy. While rare, the condition can be triggered by flashing red lights in people who are genetically predisposed.”
I wonder if Summit will be forced to edit the much talked about scene. They were all worried about the sex scene, but it was came out of that other scene that is causing them the problems now.

Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas is on the very nice list!!!
November 24th, 2011 under Fox. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 8p on Fox Ice Age gets it’s first Christmas special and I really hope that Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas is not its last one.
Since Ice Age takes place in prehistoric times, not everything we know about Christmas has happened so they will be making it up as they go along. One of the big additions to their holiday season, is when Manny introduces the “Naughty List” and that will cause a lot of problems for everyone who thinks that they are the list. Sid and Peaches don’t think they will get anything from Santa, so they head to the North Pole to see if they could get on the nice list. Manny, Ellie and Diego go after them and almost ruin Christmas for everyone when they finally all meet up. Will they be able to save Christmas for the world to enjoy or will they be on the Naughty List forever?
Tune into this soon-to-be annual Christmas staple because it is a show that everyone can enjoy. So whether you are gobbling down on your turkey or you stuffed like one make sure to make room for this delightful special tonight at 8p on Fox!!!

Not a good day for last year’s American Idol’s top 2!
November 24th, 2011 under American Idol 9+. [ Comments: none ]

The good thing for Scott McCreery and Laura Alaina is because they came in #1 and #2 on American Idol, they get to perform live on TV today. The bad thing for them is that they get perform live today.
First up was the American Idol winner who performed at the Macy*s Thanksgiving Day Parade or should I say lipsynced poorly at the parade. Before he mouthed his first note, the words were already heard on the screen. Whoops!
Then Laura Alaina sang the National Anthem at the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions game when she suddenly stopped for a few seconds to remember what line comes out next. Looks like she needed Scotty’s audio track to help her out.
On a positive note, at least now we all remember who they are for the day!

November 24th, 2011 under SOW Greetings. [ Comments: none ]

I am thankful that Billy Crystal will once again be hosting the Oscars, but more importantly I am thankful for all of you!
I hope that you are more stuffed than the turkey with all the good food from your Thanksgiving meal, and that you clothes still fit comfortably enough for you to make home enough time to get rid of some of you dinner. I also hope that you survive spending time with your family and friends.
Happy Thanksgiving

Seriously? OMG! WTF?
