Tonight on Nat Geo Wild starting at 7p, they will be airing three hour long specials showing why dogs are more than man’s best friend. Blue Collar Dogs will show three types of scenarios where dogs make people’s lives better.
At 7p they show how the four-legged pooches help out the two-legged people in the New York Police force and risk their lives without thinking about their own danger. It is more than just helping to fight crime, it is also about saving lives.
Talking about saving lives at 8p, Canine MD debuts and we get to see what man’s best friend can do to save their owners. Not only can they help the disabled get around, but they can also detect cancer that would otherwise be undetectable. This hours really touched my heart because it is incredible how much these pups love their owners and will do anything they can to make their lives better.
Finally at 9p, we get to see how border hounds help to stop crime and not even think about what they are doing.
Dogs really are man’s best friends and tonight we learn why they are that and so much more. You will never look at a dog the same way, you will think they are so much better than you ever thought.
Let the Good Times Roll because it is time once again to Drive with The Cars. The band has recorded their first album in 24 years and Move Like This will be out in May. After watching Blue Tip, the first music video from the album I can’t wait to buy the CD because it was Just What I Needed. They sound just like they did in the ’80s, but better. Too bad we can ‘t see what they look like, but I guess that is the Magic of that video…
Tonight at 9p on Lifetime the much talked about telemovie Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy premieres. This movie based on the true story of convicted murderer Amanda Knox has been criticized by her and her family, so much so they have unsuccessfully tried to stop the airing of the movie. After watching the movie, I don’t understand why they wanted to stop the airing, but maybe you will see differently when you watch the movie tonight. I thought the movie showed what she went though from the moment her roommate was found dead until she was sentenced, but they obviously didn’t agree with me.

Holly Robinson Peete and Mark Curry were reunited at the NBA All-star game and the two co-stars look as close at the did when they started working on the show almost 20 years ago. Can you believe The Talk co-host and the comedian are 46 and 49 (respectively) because they look exactly like they when the show ended in 1997.
