So during the season finale Of Project Runway Michael Kors and Nina Garcia argued that neither Heidi Klum or Jessica Simpson would wear Mondo’s tight-fitting floor-length polka-dot dress on the red carpet even though they said they would and gave the win to the undeserving Gretchen. Well yesterday at The Black Swan premiere the host wore the dress and she looked absolutely gorgeous! Even more proof Mondo should have won over Gretchen. I really respect Heidi for keeping to her word and it really made the super model even prettier than she already is!
So here is my propostion to Lifetime dump Nina Garcia and Michael Kors because I am sure I am not the only one who wouldn’t miss them. Auf wiedersehen!
Last week TV Land announced that Betty White and Mary Tyler Moore would be reunited on the small screen during the season premiere of Hot in Cleveland and today they let it out that Barbara Cooper is being reunited with her TV mom Ann Romano on the show. They did not say what role Bonnie Franklin will be playing, but considering they already had someone play Valerie Bertinelli’s mom last season it doesn’t look she will be reprising that role…sadly.
Besides bringing Bonnie Franklin back to the small screen, they also lined up Melanie Griffith, Illeana Douglas, Wayne Knight, John Schneider, David Starzyk and Jack Wagner as guest stars! Seriously that is best line up of guest stars since Bob Newhart and Judd Hirsch reunited a bunch of their ex-co-stars on George and Leo.
I so can’t wait for Hot in Cleveland to come back on January 19th.
Before Simon Helberg was having problems getting women on The Big Bang Theory, they were pushing him around on Popular. It is scary how the 20 year old actor looks and dresses the same as he did in that 2001 episode.
Angelina has a new movie (The Tourist) coming out so that mean she is doing press. One of the first interviews she did was with Vouge and she talked about her 6 kids. When the interviewer asked her if they had any pets, here is what she told them:
“Well, someone found a lizard yesterday,†she says. “And Shiloh appeared.†(She checks herself momentarily, saying, “I am sure there’s going to be some comment about this, which fortunately I will not read,†before restarting.) “Shiloh found a dead bird, so she came in and said, ‘Can I have a dead pet?’ And I’m . . . ‘Uh-uh, I don’t think it’s healthy, honey. I think they have to put him in a box,’ and I had to run out to find, like, a taxidermy bird. I just worked it out for her.†Did Shiloh know about taxidermy? “No. But I figured that I couldn’t keep the actual dead bird from the yard, so I swayed her toward one that had been cleaned, at least.†We are both giggling, and Jolie says that Shiloh is indeed “hysterical.â€
First off ewww. Second so gross. I understand her mom kills people in the movies and wore her then-husband’s blood around her neck, but I don’t think that means it is OK for her to want a DEAD freaking pet. Did I say ewww? Seriously I am getting the chills thinking about her touching the dead bird with maggots and ants and such. Yuck.
Although kids will be kids and they don’t have that same ewww feeling us adults have. When I was her age I played with worms, now when I see them I can’t get far enough away from them.
