Before Wendie Malick had 5 ex-husbands and 3 children on Hot In Cleveland, she only had one of each on Highway to Heaven. She looks exactly the same now as she did when she was 36 in that 1987 episode except her hair is shorter now!
Hard to believe it, but tonight is the season finale of TV Land’s huge hit Hot In Cleveland at 10p. On tonight’s episode Wendie Malick will be going head-to-head against her arch rival Susan Lucci. The soap opera legend and her will be duking it out for Best Actress at the Daytime Emmys, and she told me the season is going to end in a big way and the All My Children soap queen was a good sport about it.
Wendie Malick is a TV legend in her own right with shows like Just Shoot Me and Jake in Progress on her resume. But did you know before she did those shows, she was on a soap like her character and she told me about that experience. She also told me about how character Honor Saint Raven got her name.
Hot In Cleveland has made a name for itself not only as the first scripted show on TV Land, but the instant hit also feels like an instant classic. She told me that that was not the only thing that was instant for the four of them, their chemistry was instantaneous. Could be because she played Jane Leeves mother-in-law on Frasier? But that is not the only actress she was connected to before the show. Watch the interview to find out.
It isn’t only the actresses that she has had experiences with, she has also worked with Huey Lewis before they very hot episode earlier in the season. She shared with me that she would love to work with him again on the show. But what she wasn’t open to telling me who else she would like to play her love interest, even though she told me that she does have people in mind.
Another thing she added she would love to do on the show is actually film in the city that the show is based in. I think the people of C-Town would welcome Betty White, Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and her with open arms if they decided to shoot there. One person as of now who probably won’t be shooting on the show is LeBron James, but who knows maybe the girls will go to a real Cavaliers game when the show comes back in January!
One thing for sure is that this show is no foul, so make sure to watch the last show of the season tonight on TV Land at 10p and get ready for season 2 in January!!!
Britney Spears is doing something she hasn’t done in a really long time, she is hitting the books one more time for Glee. The Toxic singer has officially brought her Circus to the Fox show and Tweeted this picture from the set and said, “what’s up GLEEKS? Having so much fun on set!! Can’t wait for you guys to see the episode! -Britney” I think this episode is on everyone’s Radar and we can’t wait to see it when John Stamos and her make their Glee debuts. Hopefully they will get it right, and considering what show creator Ryan Murphy has said about it I think they will.
BTW looking at this picture, I wonder what type of role they decided to write for her, as of last week they were still uncertain what she would be doing on the show…

Tom Selleck will be back on television every week starting next month in CBS’s Blue Bloods. Looking at these pictures of him talking about it one we know that hasn’t changed since his Magnum PI days are those beautiful baby blue eyes and that thick mustache. I think because I have always been looking at his hairy lips, I never realized he had such gorgeous blue eyes. CBS I hope you make sure to have him either where a blue shirt or tie during each episode to accentuate those eyes because that would have me tuning in. That and it is actually a really good show with NKOTBer Donnie Wahlberg!!!

Some graphics person at CNN made a mistake and as soon as they realized it, they did like the word that appeared on the screen and sh!t! Talk about a major boo boo! You know that person who f*cked up is sadly on the unemployment line today. What a crappy way to get there?
BTW I wonder what is worse making a typo that spells out a curse word or making a typo and getting a fact wrong. I think the latter, but I am weird that way because I am sure more people are upset they said the word when we they read it on their TVs than facts wrong!
