Conan O’Brien broke his silence about the NBC Late Night Wars last night on CBS’s 60 Minutes and boy was that interviewing boring. Seriously with all the hype and anticipation, nothing interesting or funny came out of that 15 minute segment on the show. Now I remember why I didn’t watch his late night shows and why I don’t watch 60 Minutes. Don’t get me wrong I am not a Jay Leno supporter, but I never got the whole Conan thing. And I personally don’t think a lot of people did either until NBC bumped him from The Tonight Show and then all of a sudden we were hooked on his red freckled a$$ and screaming to the world we are on Team Coco. Now that he has spoken out and gotten his show that barely anyone will watch when it debuts on TBS in November, maybe we can move on past the NBC debacle and pay attention to the real funny men of Late Night television…Jimmy Kimmel and Craig Ferguson!
Now back to 60 Minutes for a second maybe I don’t get that show because I am under the age that show is minutes long and my bedtime isn’t 8p like the rest of their viewers.

We all grew up reading Judy Blume’s books in school and now we are seeing the woman behind Freckle Juice and Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret. Looks like writing children’s books keeps the 72 year old author looking young! Seriously how amazing does she look? I am going to start writing books for children, so I can look as good as she does at her age when I am her age!

Carmen Electra spent Friday Deforesting several men. So what is Deforesting? In honor of National Arbor Day, Carmen Electra Deforested (shaved) some of the hairiest men in NYC for Norelco. The event was a part of the launch of Philips Norelco’s Deforest Yourself. Reforest the World campaign. Norelco knows that some men desperately need to be deforested, and deforesting is a huge issue around the world. So now through June 30, 2010, Norelco will commit to a donation of $75,000, planting a minimum of one tree for every Bodygroom product sold, up to 75,000 trees. So I guess you can say they will plant a tree for every man that trims his tree!
Six years ago it looked like Family Guy would not ever see its 100th episode, let alone its 150th, but tonight on Fox at 9p it is reaching that milestone with 1-hour special. The little show that could, will show how much it can tonight with a look back at their best musical numbers from the past 149 shows.
As someone who has been a fan since episode 1, I am so excited that this show is turning 150 tonight and I can’t wait to watch it turn 300 sometime in the future!
