Christina Aguilera’s little boy Max Liron had a super day even though it was raining. The 2 year old braved Gotham City dressed in a Batman raincoat and he looked as dashing as Bruce Wayne himself. Seriously how awesome is that raincoat? When I have kids, I am so getting them one! Heck if they make one in my size, I am getting the Wonder Woman one.
Leaping lizards, after 85 years Little Orphan Annie is coming to an end. The comic strip that launched a radio show, a Broadway show and movie versions of the show will cease to run on Sunday, June 13th. The strip that was launched on August 5, 1924 and once ran in over 100 newspapers is only seen in less that 20 today and that is why The Tribune decided to pull the plug on it according to The NY Daily News.
Although I haven’t read Little Orphan Annie in years, I am going to miss her, Sandy and Daddy Warbucks. So on June 13th put on something red and sing The Sun Will Come Our Tomorrow in her honor.
Chris Daughtry was back on American Idol yesterday with his best selling band Daughtry and he took the time to take a picture with the man that he stood next to for several months on the show that made him a star. Chris Daughtry Tweeted this picture of Ryan Seacrest and him trying to show who has more muscle and it is obviously that top selling male contestant from the show did. But what was absolutely surprising is that the AI host actually has guns. Where did that come from? He looks like such a wimp in those suits that he wear. Who would have thought he actually has huge arms? I know I am flabbergasted. Not only because he has them, but when the hell does he find the time to work out with all the stuff that he does, you know his radio show, American Idol, his show on E! and so on…
BTW dang Chris Daughtry’s arms are freaking huge!!!
On August 3rd there is an Open House you are not going to want miss and it will be available on DVD for you to enjoy over and over again. Open House is about a divorcing couple who are trying to sell their house so they begin to show it. One of the people they showed their house to moves in their basement and starts to torture them. Now their divorce is the least important things of their lives, getting out of the house alive is. Find out if they will when the movie that stars Oscar winner Anna Paquin and is directed by her older brother Andrew comes out on DVD, Blu-Ray and OnDemand. I know I can’t wait to see this thriller!
