For years they have been teasing us with a sequel to Anchorman and it was starting to look like it was getting ready to go forward. But today I must report to you that is no longer happening. Adam McKay broke the sad news on Twitter, “So bummed. Paramount basically passed on Anchorman 2. Even after we cut our budget down. We tried.” If you are like me and wonder why they don’t just shop it around to another studio, Adam Tweeted why they can’t, “To all who asked: no we can’t do Anchorman 2 at another studio. Paramount owns it.” I am bummed that Ron Burgundy got the pink slip from Paramount, but I think Will Ferrell and Adam McKay will be OK, thanks to their little website…FunnyOrDie.

Manho12m’s beautiful cat Tsuki has come up with an awwwdorable new way to go down the stairs. Well new for a cat anyways because she really reminds me of when I was a kid and I would push a Slinky down the stairs. Why was something so simple, so much fun?
OK I am off to try to teach my cat to do that! How hard can it be?
Right now I am thinking of 10 Things I Hate About ABC Family because they decided not to renew 10 Things I Hate About You. The show’s creator Carter Covington Tweeted the news by saying, “Sad news… ABCFamily canceled the show 🙁 Thanks 2 our AMAZING fans – U R the reason I do this! Enjoy the last 5 eps – they’re fantastic!” He then went on to Tweet, “we all want to save the show but i don’t think it can be saved. network owns it, so we can’t take it to other nets 🙁 sux to feel powerless. but this tweet love is awesome – and the last five eps are really good. maybe it’s better to end too early than too late? sigh.” So let’s all watch the last five episodes starting this Monday at 8p because maybe if we do ABC Family will change their minds? Afterall they kind of screwed the show by airing it on Mondays with no other new shows. All their other shows are paired with another new episode of a show and 10 Things might’ve had a better chance of survival if they aired it after Secret Life when Make It or Break it ended it’s season before SL.
BTW I think Carter Covington will be fine because he is good and full of great ideas!
Tonight at 9p on Fox Fringe changes things up as it goes black and white with Film Noir style for a musical episode! While we wait to find out where Peter has disappeared to, Walter keeps his mind off of things by telling Olivia’s niece a story. Tonight’s episode of Fringe should be the most talked about one of the season and it has been a season with lots of episodes to talk about. So make sure to watch it tonight at 9p for the second episode of music week on Fox, Bones starts it off at 8p with a special karaoke number!
