Alex O’Loughlin was promoting his new film The Back-Up Plan with Jennifer Lopez and he got his flirt on with reporters. He so had me wanting the see the movie with those beautiful baby blue eyes, and I am sure I am not the only one. I seriously never realized how hypnotizing the Moonlight star’s eyes were until I saw them in these photos. Don’t they make you want to do anything he asks you do? Granted I would’ve done that before I saw how beautiful they!
BTW luckily he has a Back-Up Plan when this movie fails, he is starring in the Hawaii Five-0 pilot for CBS.
While American Idol changed up their judges and Dancing with the Stars changed up their co-host, So You Think You Can Dance is changing up the competition. Fox announced the changes yesterday and they are…
Instead of 20 dancers competing there will only be 10. Instead of a boy and a girl being eliminated each week, only one person will leave the competition. How will they do that then? Well this year the dancers will not be paired up with another contestant, but a past all-star contestant from the past 6 seasons. Yes our favorite dancers will be back dancing in their style with one of the contestants and they will be changing partners every week. Nigel Lythgoe also Tweeted this after the Fox Press release went out, “Only the competitors will be judged not the “All-Stars.”. America votes for their favorite and one of the bottom three dancers will go home.” I wonder if that means we still get to vote the dancer off or the Judges will be deciding from the bottom three. I hope it is still out choice because they have made a lot of mistakes eliminating the Top 20 down to the Top 10 in seasons past. But you know Nigel, he loves himself and thinks he knows it all.
I am curious how the changes will play out, I just wish they got rid of the three judges while they were at it. Nigel hits on all the girls that are a 1/3 of his age that is when he is not trying not be Simon Cowell. Mary just screams or says you earned a ticket on the hot tamale train. And All Adam Shankman is does is kiss everyone’s a$$ and tell them how he will use them in his next movie. Cat Deeley is the only thing that doesn’t need to be changed on the show. What do you think of the changes?
Godzilla is stomping his way back into movie theaters after 14 years. According to Variety the fire-breathing dragon monster will be back on the big screen in 2012. But unlike the last time we saw him in 1998, the production company promises they will keep true to what he originally was like in the 1950s. Thomas Tull, chairman and CEO of Legendary. “Our plans are to produce the Godzilla that we, as fans, would want to see. We intend to do justice to those essential elements that have allowed this character to remain as pop-culturally relevant for as long as it has.”
It will be interesting to see how CGI will change things up for him when he destroys NYC in the upcoming movie. And you know it will be done in 3D because what blockbuster isn’t being made that way these days?
