BTWF roles: George Lopez in Ski Patrol
November 24th, 2009 under Before They Were Famous, George Lopez. [ Comments: none ]

Before George Lopez had his own late night talk show on TBS, he was part of the Ski Patrol. He looks the same now as he did when he was 28 in that 1990 movie.

Lots of changes and the most upsetting one is that on December 9th Glee will have its Fall finale and it won’t be back until April 13. That means we will go 4 months and 4 days with no new Glee episode. Why Fox, Whyyyyyy??????
But what is helping me breathe easier is that Past Life will come alive on February 11th. I saw the pilot for this show and I instantly fell in love with it. It is a procedural that is unlike any other one that is on the air now and it is was brilliantly executed and I can’t wait to see what else they do with the show. Sons of Tuscon is a comedy that will make you chuckle! It is going to be interesting to see how live action show does when it is sandwiched between three animated shows, but then again Tyler Labine is pretty animated so I think it will survive.
All in all, I am OK with Fox’s schedule! Just wish Brothers was on it… BTW Lie to Me and ‘Til Death will return at a later date!

V says goodbye to 2009, but It’s Only the Beginning!!!
November 24th, 2009 under ABC. [ Comments: 1 ]

Tonight on ABC at 8p it is the last episode of the exciting show V and it is appropriately called It’s Only the Beginning because the way it ends I can’t wait for it to begin again in March of 2010. It is an action packed episode that answers some questions, but totally thrusts the show forward with just so much to look forward to. The resistance is finally starting up with Erica, Jack and Morris the V! Tonight they will uncover a way that Anna is trying to control the humans. We also get to see “bliss” in action and find out why the Vs want to be connected to it. Talking about the Vs we learn who some more of the members of the Fifth Column are and there are a few of them on the ship. There is also a little life in the works, as in the first V/human baby is announced. But while a new life is beginning for one person, another one’s might be over but you have to watch the episode all the way to the credits to find out whose it is…
Seriously tonight’s V is so freaking good, I really hate the fact that we have to wait 3 months to find out what happens next. But at least we have Lost to f*ck with our heads for a month beforehand and I think we need a month to prepare to have two awesome shows going back to back together like V and Lost!

Try to look at Stephen Colbert’s eyes
November 24th, 2009 under Comedy Central. [ Comments: 2 ]

via Huffington Post
Stephen Colbert went bobsledding in Lake Placid and I am so freaking excited that he did. Who knew that he is the BIGGEST man in late night? Dang I had no idea he was hiding such a big instrument ike that. If I would’ve known maybe I wouldn’t have given up his show, but then again he does hide behind a desk on his show. Grated now we know why, the network censors would have a field day on that thing. That and if that was visible the whole time he was on the show I wouldn’t be able to concetrate on what he was saying.
I mean watch this video of him talking below and tell me you are listening to what he says and not looking at his crotch?

BTW now that we know that Stephen Colbert is the biggest and Jimmy Fallon is the smallest, I want to know where Jimmy Kimmel and Craig Ferguson, the two male late night hosts I watch, stand!!!

It’s Osbourne vs Osmond on tonight’s DWTS!
November 24th, 2009 under Dancing with the Stars. [ Comments: 1 ]

If I had my way the final two stars on tonight’s Dancing with the Stars would be Donny Osmond and Kelly Osbourne, but the judges saw to it that won’t let that happen by giving Mya scores she didn’t deserve. Her freestyle barely had any moves and they gave her a 27…I call bullsh!t on that. When will those annoying judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Len Goodman realize that this is a reality TV show and we want personality! Mya and Dmitry Chaplin (he is nice to look at, but dull to watch) are so freaking boring that whenever they dance I get distracted. Let’s look at the past winners and see where they are at? I only remember the pros who won because ever since Emmit Smith all the winners have gone back to that place where they were before the show…who cares land. Let’s get a winner that people will remember and care about past Thanksgiving.
Now let’s talk about my final two, Donny has always been fun to watch and his freestyle was the best. That and imagine how much razzing he would do this his sister Marie Osmond if he won and she came in third when she was on the show. Donny deserves that and plus Jimmy Kimmel has $1,000 on him to win and he doesn’t like to lose! When it comes to Kelly I think she should win, not only because she is so awwdorable but because she is the most improved and that is what I think the winner should be. Unlike Donny and Mya she hasn’t been choreographed her whole life and look how far she come! I was disappointed with her freestyle, but it wasn’t because of her falling but because of Louis van Amstel’s choreography. In fact I thought all three of the freestyles were completely lame. I expected so much better from Kym Johnson who wowed me with Joey Fatone all those seasons ago and last night was just OK.
The best part of tonight’s show on ABC at 9p is that another boring season is over!!! That and for the first time since season 1 the winner will not be a Burke, Hough or Ballas!!!
Side Note: Last week Kelly Osbourne reminded me via Tweet that Donny and Osmond and her once worked together back in 2003…
