BTWF roles: Lisa Rinna on The Hogan Family
November 23rd, 2009 under Before They Were Famous, Lisa Rinna. [ Comments: none ]

Before Lisa Rinna was dating Roman Brady’s brother, Bo on Days of our Lives, she was dating his son, David Hogan on The Hogan Family. How cool was it to see the 26 year old actress in 1990 with a different hairstyle? She should really consider growing her hair out.

Lisa Rinna tweeted a picture of herself without makeup and all I have to say is my eyes, my poor eyes. Well that and dang she has balls to post a picture of herself au naturale like that, I know I wouldn’t. Heck I don’t even leave my house without makeup.

Now they are destroying The Howling
November 23rd, 2009 under Stupid Sequels/Remakes. [ Comments: 1 ]

Although New Moon had a kick a$$ weekend at the box office, it looks like Team Jacob is winning out for upcoming movies. As in Vampires are out and Werewolves are in. There are at least three movies coming out about Werewolves there is Wolfman, (this still one still makes me cry) a remake for An American Werewolf in London and now JoBlo is reporting that The Howling is also being redone. Sounds like they are destroying The Howling: Reborn almost as badly as they destroyed The Karate Kid according to a synopsis that JoBlo got…

The REBORN screenplay opens in a similar manner to the 1981 Dante film, with a young reporter – named Karen White – meeting up with a serial killer who is stalking her. In this version, however, there are no cops who burst in on the scene: she’s confronted and murdered by the killer, who of course turns out to be a werewolf. Only hook is, she was pregnant, and the baby lives… Cut to years later, and Karen’s son – Will – is attending a high-profile prep school, where he’s having weird dreams and the like. Naturally, he’s got wolfy tendencies, and – shock! – so do his friends. Does Will join the dark side (naturally, his friends turn out to be bad news), or fight against his urges and battle his hairy classmates?

Seriously why? Why can’t they just make a Werewolf movie at a prep school instead of saying it has anything to do with The Howling. Does Hollywood like to pretend we are Vampires and put a stake in our hearts with all these sh!tty remakes. The only thing I want for Christmas is for Hollywood to stop doing remakes…do you think I will get that present under my tree?

Sheldon gets pranked on The Big Bang Theory
November 23rd, 2009 under Chuck Lorre. [ Comments: none ]

Out of all the TV characters the one you don’t want to do a prank on is Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory because you know he holds a grudge and will out do whatever you did to him. Well on tonight’s TBBT Kripke decides to play a joke on Sheldon while he is doing an interview with NPR and when Sheldon gets revenge let’s just say it is epic. There was just one thing that he wasn’t planning for that might change things up for Raj, Leonard and him big time. But you will have to watch it on CBS at 8:30p to see it all go down…literally!!!
The only one not involved of the fearsome foursome in that prank is Wolowitz and that is because he has others things keeping him busy…like having Battlestar Galactica’s Katee Sackhoff in the bathtub with him. Find out why the two were sharing a bubble bath together at 9:30p.

It’s the end for Jon & Kate Plus 8!
November 23rd, 2009 under DIscovery Networks/Discovery+. [ Comments: 1 ]

So even though TLC wanted to keep Jon & Kate Plus 8 going after Jon & Kate went their separate ways, but Jon Gosselin saw that they didn’t. When TLC announced that the show would go on without his fat ass, he went to court within days and filed a cease and desist saying that they were violating child labor laws with his 8 kids. So TLC had no other option, but to end the show that made the network a household name in the last few months. I was a Johnny-come-lately who got into the show after the two were featured on every tabloid magazine and I have to admit I was hooked on it. When I watched the show I thought Kate was the bad one, but ever since Jon started doing interviews with anyone who asked him for one I realized it wasn’t all her fault. So watch the final episode tonight on TLC at 8p and say goodbye to them one last time. Well at least on TLC, I am sure Jon and Kate will continue doing interviews with anyone who asks.
Are you sad to see this show end or do you wish it would come back in some form of the way without Jon?
