What would’ve been a wet dream in 2007, kind of feels like a nightmare in 2009 when you see the newly blonde Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears together again! Although as a blogger I want to see what these two can do together because it can only be bad and that is good for me!!! What do you think of these tabloid darlings reunited at last?
Tonight at 8:30p on ABC Family, we really get to see Ruby and her family band together as they try to help each other out from getting into trouble on Ruby & The Rockits! When Jordan calls Ruby to say he needs a ride a home because his designated driver is too drunk to drive she borrows her uncle’s car, that he doesn’t let anyone drive, to pick him up. The three (including Ben) think they got away with the perfect crime until her uncle realizes someone drove his car. Ruby asks her dad, David to take the blame and he does but wait to see how he blows it thus the title “Do You Want To Blow a Secret?”! What I really loved most about tonight’s episode is we are really getting to see Ruby and her new found family work together!
Ruby & The Rockits really is a show that everyone in the family can enjoy, so sit down with your family and watch it tonight and every Tuesday at 8:30p after 10 Things I Hate About You!
BTW I know I said I would post about the non-Cassidy family members from the set visit today, but with the TCAs everything is getting delayed. How bad is G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra? Well Paramount has decided not to show the movies to critics before it is released on Friday. Traditionally there are two reasons why a studio doesn’t screen the movie to critics…1. It is that f*cking back or 2. It’s a Steven Spielberg flick. Here is the excuse that the studio gave to AP for why they aren’t showing the movie to reviewers…
Instead, the studio says it’s intentionally aiming the movie at the heartland, at cities and audiences outside the entertainment vortexes of New York and Los Angeles. Paramount held a screening Friday for 1,000 military service members and their families at Andrews Air Force Base; it’s also focusing marketing efforts in places like Kansas City, Charlotte, N.C., and Columbus, Ohio.
Interesting spin to say why they aren’t showing the movie to the critics that will certainly trash it, but I think by not screening it is worse. No matter what any critic would’ve said, this movie will still do well because…1. It’s a d!ck flick and 2. There’s nothing else out there.
Christina Applegate was seen filming her new movie Going the Distance and looks like her hair is doing the title movie. Seriously betwen the length and the bleached locks doesn't she look like she did when she was Kelly Bundy on Married..With Children? The only difference is she is wearing more clothes then she did then.
