Angelina Jolie was injured today doing a stunt on the set of Salt according to Us Weekly. Angelina bumped her head and suffered a nick between eyes that started to bleed, so they took her to the hospital.
Here is the statement from the studio:
“This morning, while filming an action sequence during production of her new movie Salt, Angelina Jolie sustained a minor injury. As a precautionary measure, Ms. Jolie will be taken to the hospital and examined. Production on the film has resumed.”
Leave it to the super mother of 6, to be taken to hospital for an injury and then go back to work as soon as she was released! This is just another reason why I respect her so much!
Hopefully the injury won’t leave a scar.
Mayim Bialik is back on TV tonight, but I am not sure it is exactly what she wants to be recognized for. Tonight on the season premiere of TLC’s What Not to Wear at 9p, they will try to help her Blossom into a better dresser. I can’t wait to see what they do to her!!!

After years of promising us that he would retire from the Tonight Show in 2009, Jay Leno is keeping his promise. Tonight is his last show on NBC’s late night schedule. That is until he moves to his early bird special of 10p in September. So say goodbye to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno tonight on NBC at 11:35p.
Last week Clay Aiken blogged about Adam Lambert’s Ring of Fire and said, “At that moment, thought my ears would bleed. Contrived, awful, and slightly frightening.†The next day Clay said, “I do apologize to Adam for my colorful (and negative) choice of words. I hope he can forgive me,†Clay wrote. “I imagine he doesn’t give a damn! 🙂 God knows he shouldn’t.â€
Well fast forward to today when Access Hollywood asked him about Clay’s comments and he said, “I don’t know Clay…I’m glad he’s getting headlines now though, because he wasn’t before.†Ouch! Those are fighting words! Adam should only wish his career is half as successful as Clay’s because I don’t think it will even be close to that.
BTW how long do you think it will take until these are working on Broadway together and are total BFFs?
