Linday Lohan parties in Las Vegas |

Almost two weeks after turning 21 Lindsay Lohan finally got her party on in Las Vegas, but this time she was wearing her newest piece of jewelry an ankle monitoring bracelet according to Norm Clarke.
Fresh out of rehab, Lohan arrived at Pure Nightclub at Caesars Palace at 12:40 a.m. and was seen drinking Red Bull in the VIP section before the curtains were drawn on her party.
It was a spur-of-the-moment trip and she wasn't paid for the appearance, Vegas Confidential learned.
After arriving on a private plane about 10 p.m., she was taken on a shopping trip to the Forum Shops at Caesars before changing clothes and going to Pure.
Lohan periodically came out from behind the curtained-off stage to acknowledge the crowd on a microphone. She moved her party to the VIP Red Room VIP for an hour before returning to the main stage. She interacted with Lauren Conrad of "The Hills" and Brody Jenner, who had reportedly recently broken up. Illusionist Criss Angel joined Lohan's group after 3 a.m. and they were all seen leaving about 3:45 a.m.
Lohan and Angel held hands frequently, including on their way out of the club. Angel was most recently romantically linked to Cameron Diaz.
The party briefly moved upstairs to Lohan's suite before she and her group were seen leaving with Angel in his black Rolls Royce. They returned to Caesars about an hour later, when Angel dropped them off.
Wow, how would have thought that Lindsay Lohan would be 21 and sober in Vegas? I sure as heck didn't

Look at how the youngest member of the Beckham Clan, Cruz is holding an American flag! I love how Becks and Posh have been her less than 72 hours and they already taking the kids to Toys'R'Us and getting them toys and an American flag.

At least Britney Spears doesn't have the kids with her. That poor dog being carried the same way she carries her cigs and coffee. And don't get me started on the pink wig.
UPDATE: X17 Online has a picture from behind with her real hair showing through under the wig. I wonder whether she will be showing us her real soon or she is getting a new weave?

Paris Hilton's new business is selling a line of hair extensions like the ones she wears. Maybe now she will take better care of the ones she wears since it is a representation of her new company.
