Bob Barker is auctioning one of the mics he used on The Price is Right on eBay. As of 12:16p pst the bids were up to $7,000 and all the proceeds for mic will go to United Activists for Animal Rights.
Barker might have the mic on sale a little to early because he might need it back. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight he told them that he would stay if they don't find a host by the deadline. Let's hope they don't find a host because I would love to have him back hosting the show!!!
Newly appointed NBC head Ben Silverman wants Rosie O'Donnell to join NBC according to Fox 411. In fact he wants her to host a prime-time game show that he has been working on and a daily morning show like The View. I just hope one of those shows includes her with Donald Trump, since Silverman wants to bring back The Apprentice for some stupid reason.
Part of me is like, is Silverman trying to go for fifth place? But then another part of me knows she is a ratings getter and has a strong fan base. But then again she is someone that most people can only take in very small doses. It will be interesting to see if he gets her, less hours for me to watch on NBC if he does and I barely watch the network now as it is.
Nicole Richie taped this interview with David Letterman yesterday before Paris Hilton was freed way too early. I wonder if Paris being released early changed her opinion?
So sad to see her think that jail and everything going on with young Hollywood is a joke, no wonder she is not dealing with her weight issues. I wonder if the Judge handling her sentencing was watching this interview, hopefully they were?
Justin Timberlake reworked the lyrics of some songs at some recent shows, and by the way he reworked them people are wondering if he is talking about Britney Spears according to In Touch Weekly. The first song is Amy Winehouse’s Rehab and he changed the lyrics to say, “They tried to make her go to rehab and she said no no no.” The second song is Gnarls Barkley’s Crazy and he changed them to be, “I think she’s crazy… I remember when, I remember when she lost her mind.” If that is what Justin was doing, that is some FUS*. But then again this is a guy who posed in a magazine shaving his head shortly after she did. No wonder Cameron Diaz can’t stop smiling these days.
