TMZ has learned that Kevin Federline has asked a judge for an emergency hearing on Thursday to discuss his custody dispute with estranged wife Britney Spears. A court spokesperson says only K-Fed and his attorney are scheduled to appear before the judge, but adds "anything is possible." Federline filed papers in November seeking spousal support and sole custody of the couple's children- 5-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston. As TMZ previously reported, a temporary court order granted the couple joint custody, with Spears having primary physical custody of the boys.

About time. I would be shocked if the Judge didn't give him custody, but you never know. And it is funny everyone I talk says the same thing, who would've believe that K-Fed would be the better parent? So I ask you did you? I sure as heck didn't.

|  How's this for a double feature? Marcia Cross became a mom on Tuesday, welcoming fraternal twin daughters, her rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively. The girls, Eden and Savannah, who were born at a Los Angeles hospital, are the first children for the Desperate Housewives actress, 44, and her stockbroker husband Tom Mahoney, 49, who married in June 2006. "Mother and babies are all doing well," says Cross's rep, Heidi Slan. Cross had been on bed rest since January, but producers of her ABC hit brought production to her home for some scenes.

OMG! I saw tonight’s episode 3 weeks ago and I can tell you is it is f’ing amazing! Tonight’s episode takes place before the bombs went off and it answers a lot of questions and asks a whole bunch more! I was blown away (no pun intended) by how captivating tonight’s episode is. If you never seen the show, tonight is a good time start!
So tune in to Jericho on CBS at 8p!
