Courtney Love had her lips downsized and her nose widened during a recent trip to Paris, Us Weekly has learned. A source close to Love tells Us that the rocker flew to the City of Light shortly before Christmas to see a surgeon who specializes in "fixing" botched cosmetic surgery jobs. After years of sporting a collagen-injected pucker, the singer is "happy to have her mouth back,” according to a source. Love, 42, showed up to the Freedom Writers premiere looking swollen and covered in makeup in an apparent attempt to conceal the effects of the surgery. At the premiere, Us asked Love if it was true that she’d gotten more work done. “I’m not going to comment on that tonight,” she said. “I just think me looking human is cool." "She doesn’t want to talk about that one," says the source. "She wants the swelling to go down and for people not to tell.” Love recently swore off plastic surgery in a list of New Year’s Resolutions posted on her Web site (and later taken down, most likely on charges of incoherency). She vowed: “no more surgery for any reason other than medical until i really need it in my 60s.”

Alan Cumming is getting married. I’ve learned the X-Men star will wed his American boyfriend of two years, Grant Shaffer, this weekend. The civil ceremony will take place in London, Cumming’s rep exclusively tells me. Cumming recently told Attitude magazine he would have preferred getting hitched in the U.S. "I think if we could get married in America, we totally would have by now," he said. The two share an apartment in New York City. Most recently, Cumming starred in a revival of Bent in London’s West End. Shaffer is an illustrator who most recently worked on the critically acclaimed movie Little Children, starring Kate Winslet and Patrick Wilson.

Former "CHiPs" star Erik Estrada got into an expletive-laced shouting match with a man who called him Emilio Estevez amid the filming of a reality television series. Estrada, who was sworn in as a reserve officer last month for CBS Corp.’s "Armed & Famous" show, was in an ambulance with Randall R. Sims, 53, when the exchange unfolded Wednesday night. The 57-year-old actor entered the ambulance after being asked to remove handcuffs from Sims, who had been stabbed in the leg during a domestic dispute. After addressing Estrada as Estevez, another Hollywood actor, Sims said he didn’t want to appear on the show, which also stars La Toya Jackson, Jack Osbourne, Jason "Wee Man" Acuna and Trish Stratus. The confrontation erupted after Sims, who led a successful push in 2004 to rename a Muncie street in honor of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., told Estrada he knew nothing about King and had only been in Muncie "for two days," The Star Press reported Friday. Estrada told Sims he’d been in town for six weeks and said he grew up in Spanish Harlem — a rough Manhattan neighborhood King mentioned in his landmark 1967 speech calling for an end to the Vietnam War. An exchange of obscenities followed before Estrada left the ambulance. Muncie Police Chief Joe Winkle told The Associated Press on Friday that he hadn’t seen footage of the confrontation, but had spoken with Estrada. "We talked about it last night with him, the fact that that’s something we encounter all the time, that you have to get a little thicker skin," Winkle said. "With any new officer we would tell them, `Hey, that’s not how we conduct ourselves, don’t get caught up in the moment, we’re the ones who are professionals.’ That’s what we did with Erik and I think he truly understood that." "Armed and Famous" premieres January 10 on CBS.

Actress Jennifer Morrison and actor Jesse Spencer, who costar on FOX’s hit medical drama House, became engaged over the holidays in Paris, PEOPLE has learned. Morrison, 27, who plays Dr. Allison Cameron, and Spencer, also 27, who portays Dr. Robert Chase, met while filming the pilot for the series, which debuted in 2004. A rep for the couple says no wedding date has been set.

It’s hasn’t even been two months since Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes tied the proverbial knot in Italy, but reports are already circulating that trouble is brewing in the couple’s relationship. As for what is causing friction in the newlyweds’ wedded bliss, well Cruise’s controlling nature, and his determination to make Katie change her interests to the ones he likes is the reason being touted. According to the latest issue of In Touch magazine, Cruise is not only putting a limit on how much time Holmes spends on the phone talking to her pals, but is also trying to make her give up hobbies like karaoke for his interests like shopping and attending his kids’ sporting events. The magazine also revealed that trouble was also brewing during the couple’s glitzy L.A. wedding reception, when Holmes was chatting with Kirsten Dunst and Orlando Bloom about the popular nightclub Hyde which is a usual haunt for the under 30 Hollywood celebs. he trio were making plans to go to the club when Cruise reportedly threw cold water on their plans by telling Katie that it was "not" the place for him, or her to go to. "Kirsten said they had invited Katie to Hyde, and Tom got a concerned look on his face. He said, ‘Oh, that’s no place for you or me to go, Kate," In Touch quoted a source, as saying. The result, Katie left the group looking highly embarrassed. "She looked really embarrassed…It was like she’d just gotten into trouble," the source added.
