Update on the Flavorette/I Love New York |

 Hey Friends,
So as most of you know, I finally got back home from a "secret location" outside of the U.S. to shoot the final episodes of my new show "I Love New York".
VH1 has not determined an exact air date yet because of time slot issues. It is expected that the show will release sometime in mid-December and latest, early January. TV experts have already been raving about the show, and its been predicted to be the most watched show in VH1’s history!
Finally, for those who are new to the concept of the show, I will be the Flavorette, where 20 single men from all over the country will be competing for me. This show is NOT the same as Flavor of Love! Its a newer more updated concept with a couple twist involved.
Will I find true love & happiness? Will I ever find a man who can appreciate my flaws and my qualities?
I would feel sincerely blessed and thankful if everyone would watch my show. I promise it will extremely entertaining and you will find a lot of laughs and drama on the way.

Tom and Katie in a fender bender? |

 It’s clear that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are excited about their wedding in Italy on Nov. 18 — but Tom should tell his driver to slow down! At approximately 1:30 p.m. EST today (7:30 p.m. in Rome), the couple were in a fender bender, a witness tells Life & Style exclusively. It all began when Tom and Katie exited their hotel, the Hassler, on their way to their rehearsal dinner at Nino. The couple waved to a gaggle of fans and jumped into a black Mercedes van, says the witness. “Tom and Katie sped off down a little alley, and there was a tiny silver Mini parked on the right-hand side of the alley,” says the witness. “The Mini was starting to pull out as the TomKat car was speeding down the alley. Tom’s car hit the front left-hand bumper.” The collision left a deep foot-long scratch on the vehicle. The Mini’s driver, an Italian man in his early 30s, was visibly upset but unharmed. Says the witness, “He just had this look on his face like ‘I’m just trying to drive here!’" When Life & Style approached the man, he responded in English with a strong Italian accent, “I’m OK. I don’t know what happened. This crazy world.” Tom didn’t let the incident slow the couple down! He and Katie made it to the rehearsal dinner on time. Tom even dined on one of his favorite foods — gnocchi!

You know 30 minutes of the show will be about the fight and TR Knight coming out, 10 minutes on Ellen Pompeo’s engagement, 10 minutes on Patrick Dempsey being a hottie and 10 minutes on the show itself. So ugh.

Heroes taking a 6 week break |

NBC has announced it will air the remaining episodes of Heroes in a LOST derived schedule. Following a six week hiatus, Heroes will return to run straight through with no repeats on January 22nd. This will split the 22 episode season evenly in half. No words yet on what NBC might have planned to keep Heroes fans busy during the break.

Am I the only one who likes repeats? I would’ve watched repeats for both Heroes and Jericho, but the nets didn’t let us decide. Dang them.

No more adoptions for Madonna? |

 Reports have been circulating that Madonna is ready to adopt another baby from Malawi — this time a girl. Media outlets even have the Material Mom quoted as saying, “I’m going to adopt another Malawian child very quickly. A baby girl this time.” But Liz Rosenberg, Madonna’s rep, tells Life & Style exclusively that those reports are false and the quotes are made up. "Madonna has stated that she wishes she could adopt all the children of Malawi, and in a way I guess she is by building her orphan care center through the Raising Malawi Organization,” Rosenberg tells Life & Style. “But there are no plans to actually adopt another child."

Can’t say I blame her with all the troubles she has had with David. What I have to commend her on is that fact that she is building an orphan care center for the kids left behind! She is not just making it a photo-op like other celebs.
