A New York judge on Monday issued a stern warning – but no jail time – to Boy George over his failure to do the community service required by his sentence on a drug charge.

"I’m not going to give you another chance," Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Anthony Ferrara told the London-born Boy George (real name: George O’Dowd), 45, reports the Associated Press. "If you don’t do the community service, I’ll make you a promise: You’re going through that door," the jurist added, indicating the entrance to the jail cells.

Under his plea deal, Boy George was to enter a drug program in England and do five days of community service in Manhattan. He was also supposed to pay a $1,000 fine and a $160 surcharge, and avoid arrest for any reason during the next six months. But the community service didn’t happen.
After leaving the courtroom the singer headed straight to the probation offices for his assignment. "I never minded doing the community service," he said en route.

His lawyer, Louis Freeman, said Ferrara’s annoyance was "based on a misunderstanding" that his client was trying to avoid complying with the sentence.

As for what Boy George will be doing for his service, Freeman said, "He’ll probably be raking leaves in Central Park, or something like that."

The Hollywood producer, who was responsible for a host of shows including CHARLIE’S ANGELS, DYNASTY, STARSKY & HUTCH and BEVERLY HILLS, 90210, passed away in his Los Angeles home following a stroke.

Actor Chris Pine claims Lindsay Lohan is a great kisser.

The actor – who locked lips with the actress in their new film ‘Just My Luck’ – claims it was Lohan’s "big" lips that made the pair’s on-screen smooches so enjoyable.

He revealed to Britain’s More magazine: "She’s a cool kisser. Nice soft big lips – big lips are the key."

Pine, 21, insists he was more than a match for his tongue-talented co-star and admits he is proud of his kissing skills.

Fans of Geena Davis’ "Commander in Chief" who’ve been tantalized by the suggestion that the series might live again as a telepic, hear this: According to Davis, the made-for-TV movie looks like a go.

And not only that, she tells us, "We’re hopeful that it will maybe serve as the impetus to do more episodes."
 
Davis reports the plans won’t move forward right away, however. Rod Lurie, creator of the ABC series, will be writing and directing the movie, she says, and "he is actually shooting a film right now, so ours won’t happen until some time in the fall."
