Earlier this month, Roku announced that they were rebooting Battle of the Network Stars with Streaming Stars. But they did not reveal who would be competing on the show.
Today, they revealed the Streaming Stars, and they are: Akbar Gbajabiamila, Josh Richards, Lizzy Mathis, Kel Mitchell, Sonja Morgan, Loni Love, Ben Hollingsworth, Skylar Astin, Rachel Lindsay, Nikki Bella, Tituss Burgess, and Dorinda Medley.
The 12 will go head-to-head in larger-than-life challenges inspired by the shows and movies people love. In each hour-long special, three teams of four will battle it out through several rounds in pursuit of a single prize: the Golden Roku Remote.
Terry Crews hosts the event, and Yvette Nicolle Brown is the referee.
The first one-hour episode of Battle of the Streaming Stars premieres on Friday. The second Battle will premiere early next year.
