Seriously? OMG! WTF?

It is bad enough when people dye their dog's fur multiple bright colors, but making them look like a new breed is beyond cruel. And believe it or not these poor pups won a creative grooming contest. Although the Panda is just so precious, why would you do that to a poor dog. Could or would you do that to man's best friend?
